Attended for a health check as had been meaning to do for a long time, I was impressed by the services provided and the extensive screening available. Also had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Mo for my consultation who was kindly and compassionately listened to me and addressed all my concerns. I have since been patient here and delighted with the service I receive and the politeness of the staff.

Before going in for my HIFU treatment I did some reading about the procedure, particularly about the side effects. One that had me a bit worried was being blotchy and red as I do have sensitive skin. However, Flavio was so gentle that I didn’t experience any redness after the treatment or pain during the procedure. Their staff is so friendly from the minute you call them to book an appointment to them performing the procedure. They update you with every step of the process so that you are aware of what they are doing to your face. She puts me at ease with her knowledge and is always patient, friendly, and kind. She explains the benefits of her large range of treatments and products clearly but without any pressure. Her help and advice are invaluable. The salon is tastefully decorated, comfortable, and most of all scrupulously clean. What an incredible Dr. Not only was he kind, but he was very informative, and he gave us valuable information, explaining the whole procedure as he went.
