Mesotherapy hair treatment - tried it since there was a promotion. A Filipina nurse Lee was very helpful in explaining the treatment. So far I see some hair turning into my natural colour. Hoping if I continue, the colour returns to black and I don’t need to dye my hair to prevent hair loss. I am not sure though of hair regrowth. I also booked another treatment in hope that my hair will regrow. Have not started treatment yet. I chose this clinic since I got good info from nurse Lee. The clinic is quiet, not too many people, good service.

He is very patient, and his team is friendly and responsive, always answering my questions promptly via WhatsApp even before I decided to go forward with the surgery. Considering accommodation costs, potential inconveniences, and the unfamiliar place and language barrier from those places, I decided to proceed with Dr. Colin Tham. He is very transparent, discussing both the pros and cons without any sales pressure, which I appreciated. It has now been two months since my surgery. While it’s not the final result yet, everyone has commented on how natural it looks. The entire surgical process included scar removal laser treatment, with no hidden fees or added costs. During the appointment, it was determined no treatment was necessary because of my particular issue I need to wait until a future date to start treatment. The staff were very helpful but compared with clinics in other countries such as Thailand, Japan and Korea there is a particular difficulty that Chinese people have with English. I would say that in 99% of clinics that claim to have English-speaking staff, their English level is far below the standard I've experienced in other countries in Asia, and that appears to be the norm. This difference can severely hamper efforts to communicate effectively and negatively impact the service quality.
