I went to the Sheen clinic for genital warts treatment. At first, I was really nervous. However, the Doctor and all the assistants were very professional and dedicated. That comforted me and reduced my stress and embarrassment. I was advised to use medication to apply on warts instead of other procedures to avoid multiple small injuries. After 2 visits, the warts were almost shivering, no longer new active warts. Prioritise your health, don't feel embarrassed, go see a Doctor if you are experiencing any symptoms. The treatment might be high for some people but it is really worth it. I asked clearly about the price before I visited, and you should too. Thank you for the wonderful service.

Dr. Corcoran was very friendly and professional. I had two appointments with her. The first one was to work on my jowl, and the second was for the removal of very distinct ageing marks on my face. Both procedures were on the lower scale of discomfort and lasted for a shorter time than I had expected. I have seen dramatic changes with the disappearance of the marks on my face. I was supposed to have a follow-up procedure three weeks later for the doctor to work on the remaining marks, but I could not change my flight plans, so I had to miss out on the follow-up. However, considering the positive result, I am planning to come back to the Philippines and have the kind doctor do more treatments. I had a great experience. The good doctor supplied me with creams as part of the treatment that will help with the healing process. Her laser treatment is far more inexpensive than in other countries that offer a similar treatment. I urge anyone who may be seeking the same treatment to see Dr Corcoran.

During the appointment, it was determined no treatment was necessary because of my particular issue I need to wait until a future date to start treatment. The staff were very helpful but compared with clinics in other countries such as Thailand, Japan and Korea there is a particular difficulty that Chinese people have with English. I would say that in 99% of clinics that claim to have English-speaking staff, their English level is far below the standard I've experienced in other countries in Asia, and that appears to be the norm. This difference can severely hamper efforts to communicate effectively and negatively impact the service quality.
