Great clinic, and very professional. The doctor can speak in English and give you great feedback on what you need. I went there for my mom's dark spot. They won't try to sell you expensive stuff, just what you need.

I attended a free consultation for tattoo removal from fingers of my right hand. I was met at the reception by 3 members of staff all smiling and welcoming! The waiting area as the rest of the clinic is cool and spotlessly clean. I was asked to fill out some basic information forms and asked to wait in a very comfortable waiting area. After all of 2 minutes, I was shown into the consultation room of the practitioner who would later perform the procedure. The lady spoke excellent English (as had the previous staff)and was able to give me all the answers I required. I was given a price per session, informed of how many sessions would be required and then given the option to have the first session immediately, with or without numbing cream. I readily accepted and went for the pain so went without numbing. The initial touch of the laser was like a scratch but that was as bad as it got. It was done in seconds. After I was given a cleansing pack consisting of a cleansing solution, a pair of tweezers, cotton wool balls and 2 different creams and instructions for keeping any wound clear of infection! I booked the next session before leaving. I would have no hesitation in recommending this clinic for their friendly demeanour and their professionalism at all stages!!

I have been a patient of CorDerm and Dr. Margaret since 2019 and I’ve undergone many treatments starting from acne to acne scars to my leg scars, dark under-eye circles and lip enhancements. All of my treatment results were what I expected and so much better than the other clinics that I’ve gone to. And mind you, CorDerm’s rates are very reasonable. Also, Dr. Margaret won’t recommend treatments that you don’t need. I asked for some procedures to be done on me, and she flat-out told me that those wouldn’t result in satisfactory results and I would just be wasting money. I’m so happy that she’s unlike some of the dermatologists that I’ve had before who would milk you. I have recommended Corderm to all my family and friends and all of them are happy with their treatments. If you would like to be treated by an honest very competent and knowledgeable dermatologist, you should go to Corderm. I’m sure you won’t regret it.

From consultation to treatment, I felt no fear as I was informed of every step of the process. Clean office and a great location in District 1 was not far from the hotel. During the appointment, it was determined no treatment was necessary because of my particular issue I need to wait until a future date to start treatment. The staff were very helpful but compared with clinics in other countries such as Thailand, Japan and Korea there is a particular difficulty that Chinese people have with English. I would say that in 99% of clinics that claim to have English-speaking staff, their English level is far below the standard I've experienced in other countries in Asia, and that appears to be the norm. This difference can severely hamper efforts to communicate effectively and negatively impact the service quality.
