I attended a free consultation for tattoo removal from fingers of my right hand. I was met at the reception by 3 members of staff all smiling and welcoming! The waiting area as the rest of the clinic is cool and spotlessly clean. I was asked to fill out some basic information forms and asked to wait in a very comfortable waiting area. After all of 2 minutes, I was shown into the consultation room of the practitioner who would later perform the procedure. The lady spoke excellent English (as had the previous staff)and was able to give me all the answers I required. I was given a price per session, informed of how many sessions would be required and then given the option to have the first session immediately, with or without numbing cream. I readily accepted and went for the pain so went without numbing. The initial touch of the laser was like a scratch but that was as bad as it got. It was done in seconds. After I was given a cleansing pack consisting of a cleansing solution, a pair of tweezers, cotton wool balls and 2 different creams and instructions for keeping any wound clear of infection! I booked the next session before leaving. I would have no hesitation in recommending this clinic for their friendly demeanour and their professionalism at all stages!!

I had an initial face-to-face consultation with Dr Potchara to discuss the outcome I was looking to achieve. I was taken into a treatment room and given numbing cream on my face, once this had taken effect, I first had the Fillers, then the Treatment for Wrinkles, Dr Potchara and his assistant were constantly making sure I was comfortable and pain-free. I have had no bruising and no Treatment for Wrinkles‘headaches’ after treatment. After researching about a lot of clinics, I've decided to visit Forena Clinic in Seoul for aesthetic treatments. The communication was really smooth through WhatsApp and I was able to get an appointment within the same week. I was consulted by an English-speaking consultant. My main concern was double chin, sagging in the jaw area, and I was recommended ONDA lifting with Ultherapy Prime for the jaw area. The process was really smooth. I'm actually really pain intolerant so I was really nervous about getting the procedures. The pain level for me was 3/10 for Ultherapy PRIME (they also explained to me that this newer version hurts less) and 7/10 for ONDA (it felt really hot!). The post-care was really easy too, and I was able to do all the travel stuff I've planned right away without any problems. My jaw area was tender for approximately one week, and now, 2 months after the treatments, I finally have a sharp jawline!! Highly recommend
