Overall a positive experience, I booked in to have a bump on my arm checked and 6 moles removed by CO2 laser. The clinic was easy to find and the receptionist spoke perfect English, I was seen on time and given my own room where my moles and bumps were examined by an assistant before the doctor saw me. You could see the doctor was very busy/rushed and spent only a few minutes with me where we recommended the CO2 laser rather than surgery for the moles and gave his reasons why. The procedure was fine, the numbing cream worked and only a small amount of discomfort was felt, I felt no pain which was good. To me, it felt like a blunt pencil being pushed on your mole for a few seconds. Post procedure I was given care instructions clearly and dressing and saline solution when one mole started to bleed. The two downsides were that I felt as though the doctor was very rushed due to time constraints on the clinic's end. Although the room I was in had some unattended equipment nearby, it wasn't related to my procedure. However, it sparked a moment of reflection on the clinic's overall hygiene standards. I would recommend this clinic to a friend and would go back for another procedure. One week after the mole removal and they have healed fantastic, I can hardly even tell I have had anything done; in a few more weeks the colour will change back to my normal skin colour and nobody will ever be able to tell.

I attended a free consultation for tattoo removal from fingers of my right hand. I was met at the reception by 3 members of staff all smiling and welcoming! The waiting area as the rest of the clinic is cool and spotlessly clean. I was asked to fill out some basic information forms and asked to wait in a very comfortable waiting area. After all of 2 minutes, I was shown into the consultation room of the practitioner who would later perform the procedure. The lady spoke excellent English (as had the previous staff)and was able to give me all the answers I required. I was given a price per session, informed of how many sessions would be required and then given the option to have the first session immediately, with or without numbing cream. I readily accepted and went for the pain so went without numbing. The initial touch of the laser was like a scratch but that was as bad as it got. It was done in seconds. After I was given a cleansing pack consisting of a cleansing solution, a pair of tweezers, cotton wool balls and 2 different creams and instructions for keeping any wound clear of infection! I booked the next session before leaving. I would have no hesitation in recommending this clinic for their friendly demeanour and their professionalism at all stages!!

I had an initial face-to-face consultation with Dr Potchara to discuss the outcome I was looking to achieve. I was taken into a treatment room and given numbing cream on my face, once this had taken effect, I first had the Fillers, then the Treatment for Wrinkles, Dr Potchara and his assistant were constantly making sure I was comfortable and pain-free. I have had no bruising and no Treatment for Wrinkles‘headaches’ after treatment. I am so pleased with the outcome and price, and would not hesitate to see Dr Potchara again for any further treatment.

This is an amazing clinic. Dr. Chow was very precise, thorough and honest with my folliculitis barbae diagnosis. He accurately predicted how many laser treatments I needed and the approximate results after each session. After tens of thousands of dollars spent at other clinics and medications and creams for this condition, this specific schedule of treatment ended up to be the one that actually worked. My laser therapist Michelle was also very skilful and knowledgeable at using the laser technology and always ensured immediate followup the next day on the results of the treatments and skincare aftercare afterwards. I would recommend this clinic for its excellent service and expertise.

I inquired about getting my deep scar from hormonal imbalance fixed, and they confirmed they could help. I then asked about the necessary procedures, and they recommended four. It's been three days since the treatment, and I'm already noticing improvements. I plan to revisit once the swelling goes down and my face looks better. After researching about a lot of clinics, I've decided to visit Forena Clinic in Seoul for aesthetic treatments. The communication was really smooth through WhatsApp and I was able to get an appointment within the same week. I was consulted by an English-speaking consultant. My main concern was double chin, sagging in the jaw area, and I was recommended ONDA lifting with Ultherapy Prime for the jaw area. The process was really smooth. I'm actually really pain intolerant so I was really nervous about getting the procedures. The pain level for me was 3/10 for Ultherapy PRIME (they also explained to me that this newer version hurts less) and 7/10 for ONDA (it felt really hot!). The post-care was really easy too, and I was able to do all the travel stuff I've planned right away without any problems. My jaw area was tender for approximately one week, and now, 2 months after the treatments, I finally have a sharp jawline!! Highly recommend
