I sustained skin damage due to a laser treatment performed by a prior esthetician. The high level of pigmentation in my skin made it susceptible to damage from the procedure. Currently, I am under the care of Dr. Garcia, who is assisting in the healing process of my skin. The improvements are noticeable, and I am optimistic about the outcome. Living in the USA, I coordinate my visits by informing Dr. Garcia of my arrival through WhatsApp, and she promptly arranges my appointments. Dr. Ana is an incredibly nice person, and the entire staff is amazing. I visited the clinic to get my lips reduced. While booking my trip, I accidentally chose the wrong destination and ended up in Mexico City instead of Guadalajara. I had to take a bus trip to Guadalajara that lasted nearly 9-11 hours, arriving around 1 a.m. Dr. Ana waited for me the whole time, dropped me off at my Airbnb, and ensured I was safe. Some people enter healthcare for money, while others do it out of passion. Dr. Ana is definitely one of the passionate ones.
