I found Dr. Sylvia Garcia on the internet and was very impressed with the reviews. I knew I had an upcoming trip to Bogota from NY and scheduled an appointment online exchanged emails with Sylvia and provided a few face photos. I was impressed with the reply time and clarity of Sylvia's answers. The clinic was easy to find and I was called into the office at the exact time of my appointment. The office was very clean and comfortable. Sylvia and her assistant were very pleasant and Sylvia spoke very good English. Sylvia went over the previously discussed procedures one more time and recorded some of my info. The price for 3 treatments was confirmed and was exactly as discussed prior via emails. Sylvia showed me an unopened box of every filler and we discussed anesthesia. The procedures were pain FREE! Even in my sensitive areas. Sylvia is extremely gentle and accommodating. Dr. Ana is an incredibly nice person, and the entire staff is amazing. I visited the clinic to get my lips reduced. While booking my trip, I accidentally chose the wrong destination and ended up in Mexico City instead of Guadalajara. I had to take a bus trip to Guadalajara that lasted nearly 9-11 hours, arriving around 1 a.m. Dr. Ana waited for me the whole time, dropped me off at my Airbnb, and ensured I was safe. Some people enter healthcare for money, while others do it out of passion. Dr. Ana is definitely one of the passionate ones. Thanks to her, I've gained a whole new level of confidence, and I love my new lip size. I’m looking forward to future dental treatments at her clinic. I highly recommend them 100%. (From Florida)
