I did have a small issue. I went in for lip and nasolabial fold filler. I read online that skinvitality pushes treatments on their costumers but I did not have this experience. Exactly what I already knew I wanted is what they recommended and that is all. The women who did my assessment was wonderful. So was my injector. Everybody working was incredibly kind. When the treatment was finished I was absolutely in love with the results, but as the 2 weeks went by and the swelling went down, my nasolabial fold filler didn't seem to take. I started to investigate online and came across some horrible reviews about customer service and became a little worried I wouldnt be able to get a touch up to fix the issue. I want to be clear, my experience with customer service was great! I'm not sure what happened with others to where they didn't have a good experience but that was not the case for me at all. When I went back for a follow up appointment the injector did see that the filler didn't really take but began to massage the area I had filled and it improved the look of it drastically. I was told "sometimes you just have to massage the filler into place to fix the problem" after she messaged my nasolabial fold area, I looked in the mirror and it looked significantly better. She took photos and I was happy with how it looked after the follow up appointment. But by the next day, it went back to how it looked before she massaged the area and again I was extremely unhappy. It looked as if I hadn't had any filler at all. When patient care was reviewing my complaint, the pictures they were sent were the ones taken AFTER my injector had massaged the area, and it did not show the issue I was complaining about. Even so, they still offered me a touch up free of charge. I sent my own before and after pictures in an email to show what it ACTUALLY looked like the day after the area was massaged (which wasn't good) to ensure them that I would not have asked for a free touch up if it continued to look as good as it did after the injector massaged the area. I thanked her and ensured her that I would continue using their service after such amazing costumer service despite the pictures they recieved from the injector looking like there actually had been an improvement.

The customer service is top-notch. Alex is a great assistant, very communicative and responsive. I have an itinerary sent as soon as I made the deposit. 2 doctors visit at my accommodations and 2 with surgeons after the surgery. You really can’t have this kind of attention in the States. I had lipo for thighs and calves and Blepharoplasty. I can already see the improvements in my eyes dark circle and thighs (I’m writing this as of 6 days after the surgery). For the calves and ankles, I will have to wait to tell as they are still swollen. So for the 2 areas that I can definitely see the impacts, I would say it’s worth it, especially when you add in the service, the attention, the affordability of staying in Mexico, and most importantly when compare with US cost. I don’t have much fat in thighs and calves but compare to my overall body, I’d prefer those areas to slim down. For those who need more significant improvements, it’s even better value. Finally, I want to thank the team again for everything. They are a small team but that’s why they work so well, fast and be able to provide such a great service. Alex really knows how to connect to people in an authentic way and manage everything smoothly. Dr Victor is very patient in answering all of my questions. Also thank you, Dr Arturo, for making visits and transport me to where needed.

This is a very hands on responsive clinic which operates with all the relevant info & support one needs. It is a busy, fast paced & efficient clinic & one needs to retain all the facts which are presented to the client. Suzie is incredibly professional & keeps up with one’s treatment. She suggested the medical Obagi treatment & I can see it was a very pertinent choice for me. She’s pretty impressive!

I sustained skin damage due to a laser treatment performed by a prior esthetician. The high level of pigmentation in my skin made it susceptible to damage from the procedure. Currently, I am under the care of Dr. Garcia, who is assisting in the healing process of my skin. The improvements are noticeable, and I am optimistic about the outcome. Living in the USA, I coordinate my visits by informing Dr. Garcia of my arrival through WhatsApp, and she promptly arranges my appointments. I plan to share further updates as I progress with my treatments

I'm from San Francisco California and I travelled to Cartagena Colombia, (Sonrisa Perfecta Dental) for my dental work. I was interested in saving money and vacationing in Colombia at the same time. I had a full mouth reconstruction of 28 zirconia crowns, 2 implants, and a dental bridge. It was an extensive process but done quickly compared to US standards. I AM EXTREMELY GRATEFUL WITH MY SMILE MAKEOVER. I would recommend Sonrisa Perfecta Dental to anyone interested in quality work at an affordable price. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Better than expected! I had surgery with Dr. Muñoz and his team. The attention to detail was absolutely perfect, as well as the result (see picture 8 months later). They arranged the whole trip for me, including the hotel (I stayed in the 5-star Secrets Royal Beach Punta Cana), which is on the same resort as the clinic and it was all very affordable, as was the transfer from the airport-hotel-airport. I paid $4.500 for the transplant and $500 for a 3-night stay at the hotel. They really looked after me well during the whole stay and I had a good time. 100% recommend them.

Dr Alberto is a gentleman but above all friendly and put me at ease but I will admit I was nervous at first being in another country and having someone do surgery on me. The only painful part which wasn't too bad was the anaesthetic needle to numb the pain in each part a mole was. Highly recommended.
