I’ve been a patient twice…2019 and 2023. The first time, I got upper and lower eye lifts, lower facelifts, and chemical peel and stayed overnight with a 1:1 wonderful nurse in the room with me. The next time I got a chemical peel and wanted a neck lift, but was told during consultation that doing another lower facelift would address the neck. So, I did that again. I did not stay overnight because the staff was making so much noise in adjoining rooms that I decided it best to return to my hotel


The surgeons are kind and skilled; the nursing staff were more attentive and professional in 2019, but overall fine in 2023. I felt fine caring for myself with the frequent scheduled follow-up visits with nursing and the docs, more than what you’d get in the US. Thrilled with my results. I look 100% natural, just younger, and fresher, and feel way more confident about my appearance. I’d definitely go back in a few years as needed. I trust the doctors 100%.

I made a last-minute flight to Costa Rica after researching different clinics. They were patient with me despite my super rush to get there and back home to Canada. I spoke with Dr Cohen and he was great. Quick responses and very informative, he made me feel at ease.

Once at the clinic Dr Rosenstock did my surgery and his team was assuring and made me feel at home. Their aftercare was top notch. I went in every day for massage and they made sure I was doing well. I loved my massage lady Ruth she was awesome.

Overall I'm now 6 weeks post-op and I have to say I have been healing wonderfully. My scar is also healing so well and I haven't even started scar treatment yet!

I had a facelift in 2006, and to this day I look absolutely great. I would however want to have Dr Rosenstock look at my face to see what he could improve. He was as good as any human could be. My eyes were slightly corrected and you could not see that even after the operation, it was done so well. Would I recommend him? Come on, absolutely. No one else would I recommend. He is truly great at what he does.

I had a facelift, browlift, eyelift (upper & lower) and arm lift on October 11, 2018. I had very little pain from everything but the arm lifts. The arm lifts take a longer period of time for healing and primarily feel the stitches pulling in the arms.

I'm very pleased with the plastic surgery and would recommend the Rosenstock Lieberman Surgery Center to anyone wanting plastic surgery.

Very responsive to us while we were in the US. When we arrived they made some suggestions to my face and immediately performed the surgery for lower face neck lift and fat transfer injections. Dr Rashi was engaging and patient and his mother also a surgeon made some final suggestions. Surgery was done in two hours and I spent the night and released early next morning. Returned two days later for review. All is well.

Great facility. Has been there many years. The practice is over thirty years old and very experienced in many procedures. Nurses and technicians very helpful and competent.

I read some favorable online reviews so I booked a facelift here. The price I paid was different to the one I was quoted, as I opted to have extra work done (I had some liposuction on my neck, too). We also arranged for a cardiologist to be present and I was charged extra for this. It was very much value for money as far as I’m concerned.

The clinic is great. It was very clean, with nice staff and resources. I found them to be very professional. When it was time for my follow-ups, there was no waiting period and the doctor was always present at these check-ups. The service was quite outstanding.

I was very pleased with all aspects of my experience at the Rosenstock clinic.

I exercised 3-4 days a week but could never tone up my loose skin especially my "hanging Belly". I heard about medical tourism on Pinterest. I decided to do some research. Being a Registered Nurse, I was concerned about infection and the fact that I would be having surgery in a different country.

I wanted a tummy tuck, lipo, a Brazilian butt lift and inner thigh lift. I was advised to wait for with the inner thigh lift so I opted to have a chin lift instead. Of course, going to Costa Rica alone was a huge concern for me but I did not want to be judged by family and friends. I told only 2 friends that understood the surgery was for me. During my consultation, I believe I was having a mild panic attack. Dr. Rosenstock was great!! He explained the procedures in great detail and alleviated my fears. He also has a great sense of humor! The value for the procedure was good. I would recommend this clinic to friends and family. The staff was great.

After surgery, the nurses were right there by my side. I recall a nurse named Erica that stayed by my side the entire night even spoon feeding me food so I could take my medicine. Dr. Clara Lieberman was there at the beginning of the night and Dr. Rosenstock was there at 9pm checking on me. The care highly exceeded my expectations. Dr. Jose Cohen checked on me to ensure things were going well.

My experience at the clinic was great even though the daily massages hurt because with liposuction it helps lymphatic drainage. The clinic was very clean which was a concern for me since I did not want to get an infection. Everyone was nice and professional. I had to take a daily shower at the clinic and the staff helped me dress. They also washed my clothes and the body suit I had to wear for swelling daily. Everyone was great!

I am 6 weeks post op and still have some swelling as expected but I am seeing definition in my waist already. I am excited to see the results in 3-6 months.
