Very good service with strong support from Dr., as well as from his team. Surgery went really fast and seamless. I picked the hospital with the medical tourism advisor, and it was the right one for me! As I arrived at the airport, it was very easy to find the centre. Once I got there, the crew took care of me right from there with a private shuttle and hotel stay. On the following day, I got picked up by the cab arranged by the hospital team, and they got me right to the main doors. Once I entered, I got directed to the international centre, where I got my translator, who took me around to each doctor and lab I needed for my surgery. In one day, I did all the tests I needed, and on the following already went for the surgery. Very fast surgery, I didn’t even notice how the time passed. The doctor was coming to see me at least twice a day, as well as a translator in case I needed something. Nurses and hospital crew were very, very nice and flexible with all the requests or questions I had. Very nice and pleasant rehabilitation time. 2 days after the surgery, I was discharged and moved to a hotel, where I spent some time with my family before leaving the country. Past the time I left the country, the team stayed in touch with me the entire time, supported me with all the questions, as well as guided me where required. This is the most important part, as I felt, as it was all new to me, as well as at some parts scary lol. I’m very happy with the entire process. Would definitely recommend it to anyone who is planning on a check-up or any type of surgical procedure!

Outstanding experience at Yücelen Hospital in Muğla! My wife Julia and I visit Marmaris every year, and this time we decided to go to Yücelen Hospital in Muğla for medical care. I decided to have a full-body health Check, and my wife decided to have a chest reduction surgery. Everything was organised perfectly — all examinations were completed in one day. All doctors were very professional, kind and attentive. Most of them speak or understand English well, so communication was never a problem. We were also helped by Ms. Rüveyda, who translated everything clearly into English and guided us through the whole process, from department to department. Special thanks to Dr. Sabahattin Yaser, who performed my wife’s chest reduction surgery — the result looks amazing and very natural. Also, Dr. Erdem Sarı helped me with my stomach treatment and explained everything in detail. After the surgery, my wife stayed in the hospital for two more days, and the nursing team took excellent care of her — always kind, patient and attentive. Their help made the recovery comfortable and safe. The hospital even arranged transportation from our hotel and back, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. We are truly grateful to all the doctors, nurses and the entire Yücelen Hospital team for their care, professionalism and friendliness. If there were a 10-star rating, this place would definitely get it. Like everyone else, I thought it was scary and was unsure if it was safe to have surgery abroad. But this feeling subsided as soon as I met the driver who picked me up. Doctor Ersin is truly a surgeon who takes you seriously and takes the time to listen to you. Both before and after the surgery, I felt that I was in safe hands and well taken care of. I have bad experiences waking up after anaesthesia. I took this up and have never had such a pleasant awakening. He has a fantastic team around him, from those who wait for and welcome you at the hospital and help you with everything from paperwork to other things you need and not least are in the hospital with you day and night in case you need anything and follow you to the hotel and ensure that everything is taken care of for your safety. Many thanks to Burak, who was with me all the way and to this young girl who was in the hospital room by my side the whole first night after the operation, whose name I don't remember. I would also like to thank the wonderful nurses Fatma, Eda and Aleyna and others whose names I unfortunately cannot remember now, who visited me morning and evening throughout my stay and always responded immediately to my messages. I travelled from the UK to Turkey in October of 2021 to have a gastric sleeve and I am very pleased with my results, I lost lost 53kg so far and I can’t thank Dr Burak enough! He was so professional and did an excellent job with no mistakes, his aftercare was also amazing as he would check on me every day until he was satisfied with my recovery.
