The employees were interested, I was really nervous the doctors were helping me to relax. I was not faced with a problem about English, there was not any question left in my mind. I had been thinking long and hard about getting a sleeve and while searching, I found Novomed. Their representative John is always quick to reply and courteous. He sent me all the information I needed in a clear and professional manner. John also sent me reminders and made sure I had all the paperwork I needed with me. The booking process was quick and simple and after a few weeks, I arrived at Istanbul. I met the wonderful Dr. Necdet Derici who performed my procedure. A proper gentleman who visited me often in the hospital. The staff of the hospital were all skilled, kind and professional, especially our translator Erhaz who went the extra mile for my partner and I. The dieticians were all so lovely and helpful with my queries. My experience with Novomed was brilliant and I highly recommend them.

Great communication throughout VIP transfer from airport to the excellent very clean and professional service at the hospital in Antalya. I had gastric band removed (fitted 2009 in Belgium) and sleeve Operation 7th June 2022. I had my gastric bypass surgery a month ago and I've already lost 2 stones! As someone who has been trying to lose weight for years it's already been an amazing journey. I am very happy. Started to see the results. Very happy with my decision so far even though there are 7 stones to go. The Clinic Center team was very helpful from the beginning encouraging me to exercise and diet as well. I continue the process under the control of a nutritionist and I am very excited to see what will happen next.I would like to thank all the team who were with me and Dr. Balta for being so professional and caring all the time.

12.5/10 - Fantastic Experience, Great Coordinator, Nurses and Hospitality staff! Asuman is the greatest coordinator! I went to turkey to have gastric sleeve surgery (weight loss option). My coordinator was the nicest, respectable, reliable, politest, generous, helpful, kind, pro-active, efficient person I've ever met! (besides the women in my family) overall great/perfect coordinator. She was extremely helpful throughout the whole process from start to end in which I am extremely grateful for. I stayed in the Radisson Blue hotel which was amazing, clean, lovely views, good lighting with 5 stars customer service. I stayed in turkey for 8 nights and checked into Medical Park Hospital on the 2nd day in which all my medicals such as blood tests, scans etc was taken. The next day was surgery day, I was greeted in the morning by the surgeon who was very polite, kind and professional, he talked me through everything. After the surgery going very well, I was left in care with the nurses who were very very attentive, kind, warming and hard working. Even though I was in a lot of pain and frustrated after the surgery, the nurses understood and were very helpful and were very kind and very respectful. My hospital room was spacious clean, stylish and comfortable. After spending a couple of days recovering in the hospital I returned back to the hotel where I was greeted by Rana and other nurses who were all extremely lovely, helpful and all had great/positive energy. Overall I would rate this Gastric Sleeve experience 12.5/10. Thank you.

I had my mini gastric bypass in April but unfortunately had some complications. The many many pre-op assessments didn't show anything was wrong. The surgeons saved my life due to their knowledge and experience. This hospital is the most amazing place. It is spotlessly clean with well-trained staff. The nurses attended me every time I needed and they couldn't do enough to ensure I was comfortable. The surgeons came to see me every day and check my health and encourage me when I was down. My husband was with me and he was fed 3 meals a day without fail and he had a comfortable bed beside me. I cannot recommend this hospital enough. I can assure you will get the best treatment from all the staff from surgeons to auxiliary staff. I will definitely be choosing this hospital for skin surgery.

Highly recommend. I had a gastric ballon six months ago. I lost 20 kg with the support and great advices from Dietitian Nur. Dr Kaplan is a very good doctor with huge experience and always want the best option for patient. It was a good experience. Also good value for money.

I started my journey when I sent my 1st WhatsApp, I had thought about getting it done for over a year, my gynaecologist recommended that I get it done. So I looked up the best places in Istanbul. Two of my friends had got their sleeve here and had fantastic results so I sent a message on WhatsApp. From the minute I did I was given the best advice, told every single detail of what was involved, it was outstanding. Every single time I messaged I was never waiting more than 2 or 3 minutes for an answer. I went over, a driver picked me up straight away from the airport. I went to the most beautiful 5* hotel to relax the night before. Then picked up the next morning by my driver and brought to the hospital. The nurses and doctors were just so nice and welcoming from start to finish. I got my sleeve the day after I arrived. I was walking around that night not a bother. I was so positive going because I knew 2 people who had we t before me, that's a massive thing, be positive and everything will be fine. The hospital is spotless, its so quite and lovely, I would highly recommend it.Thank you so much to everyone, Dr Boc, the nurses and Fatih Ozturk who was messaging me on WhatsApp before and still now to make sure everything is okay, it's really appreciated. I had my gastric sleeve about three month ago. I was an overweight girl; I was very anxious about it. I had surgery last January 2023. Having now officially lost over 168lbs and weighing less than ive lost im confident this has been a success. Not only that it has completely changed my life for the better. I feel fitter, healthier and I don't even miss things like fizzy drinks anymore :D 10/10 would reccomend to anyone struggling with weightloss
