Sciatica Treatment Worldwide

I visited Antalya in early May of 2025, while experiencing acute sciatica pain going down my left leg. I got in touch with MSM Klinik and had the exam scheduled promptly after talking over the phone with the staff. I had the X-rays and MRI done very promptly at Yasam Hastanesi Life Hospital. MSM Klinik staff, Mr. Mursel, took me to the hospital and was with me there while I was getting the x-rays and MRI done. Then he drove me back to the MSM Klinik where we reviewed the results with the Doctor. The Doctor appeared very knowledgeable and offered an effective treatment plan. However, it was beyond my budget. I continued to manage my back pain with NSAID. I'm giving 5 starts for the service and promptness, but not for any medical procedure as no medical procedure was done. The Doctor, his assistant Mr. Murcel, and the office staff were very kind, professional and attentive to my issue, which deserves a 5 star review. The MRI, x-rays and the consultation were reasonably priced.

I am seeing a lot of benefit from my consultation and treatment with platinum physiotherapy in Bukit Damansara. Very knowledgeable thorough and friendly.

Over the years I have suffered from aching lower back pain, and shoulder pain. I have been wearing a shoulder support brace and support vest for many years. I cannot leave home without them. I then pulled a muscle in my back, so I finally went to get this all sorted out once and for all. I am seeing Lucy, this is my second visit, and I am already feeling the deference. Lucy identified the problem right away. I have lost strength in my lower back, and my core is very weak. Lucy is very warm and friendly; I feel very comfortable with her. she has explained in great detail why I have been wearing my support braces for so many years and has encouraged me to trust myself and to start believing that I will be ok without my support braces. I have not worn them for 3 days now, when I start to feel the shoulder pain, it reminds me to hold my core, and surprisingly enough the pain eases up. Since doing the specific exercises and practicing holding my core and controlling my breathing, I already feel better about myself. Thank you, Lucy.

Sean was understanding and knowledgeable. He put me at ease from the second I walked in. He explained everything clearly and was professional throughout. I've had a 2nd appointment and a 3rd is booked. I've been in pain for months, but since seeing Sean, I have to seem massive improvements.

I was recommended to Maria many years ago. I had suffered a whiplash injury and the pain went all the way from my neck through to my lower back and worsened during cold or damp weather. After suffering for many months and thinking I would just have to live with it, I went to Maria on my friend's advice but admit I was not hopeful. However, after just a few visits, I felt the pain decreasing and gradually everything started to loosen up. I was shocked at how ‘tight’ I had become from being tense because of the ongoing pain. After around 6 sessions, I was able to stop going and felt absolutely fine. Every now and then I get some pain or stiffness due to tension but a couple of visits to Maria and I’m right as rain again! Now I only have to go every few years! I think the last time I went recently it had been over 6 years since my last visit. I had a severe pain in my Achilles tendon, which kept recurring after each game of golf. Despite trying several ankle supports and other pain relief creams I could not cure it. However, after one visit to Paul Johnson, I am now cured. He examined my ankle and determined that my problem was due to the tendon being underworked and gave me a series of strengthening exercises which I do twice a day and now I can play golf without the pain. Thanks very much, Paul. Now all I have to do is improve my putting!

Liposuction with Dr. Frank Farrugia. Amazing communication from the team. Very helpful receptionist. Nurse was very kind and caring. The procedure was pain-free. Dr. Farrugia was amazing. The clinic was clean. Looking forward to seeing my results. Swollen at present.

I've attended multiple sessions at this clinic for my shoulder and back discomfort, and each time has been nothing short of pleasant. Mr. Asraf's insightful explanations about my condition and posture, coupled with practical advice, were immensely helpful. I experienced noticeable pain relief after every session. Dr. Zamudio is the best there is. Very compassionate, helpful, and knowledgeable. My husband and I have been getting, successfully, all our joints treated by doctor Zamudio for many, many years -first when we lived in California, and now for the past 8 years we have flown in to see this fantastic doctor, and we will continue to see him!

Following an accident in the mid-1990s I have had back and neck problems which have slowly worsened over the years, culminating in little flexibility and constant stiffness. I visited ACC for an initial consultation in March 2024 and had the first of an agreed series of treatments in early April. Results already show an improvement and the dull ache in the neck and shoulders has already greatly reduced. Communication, based on clear, straightforward explanations, has been excellent from all at the clinic, not just the practitioners but the administrative staff too. Five more sessions to go and I am looking forward to the results.

I have been having physio since last year with Alice she is amazing she knew something wasn’t right with my knee and worked on other areas that my injured knee had caused until I had a ct scan. Still currently having Alice for physio and I can’t recommend her enough really happy with that Rehabilitation. After having manipulation in November Alice put forward I should have 2 Pt sessions a week I started with Abi absolutely brilliant got my leg/knee more mobile. I’m currently working with Alex for the Pt sessions and we are building the strength back ready for my next operation. All the ladies I have worked with through Achieve are hard-working and absolute stars and can’t thank them enough - the support is amazing. I have more faith in the next operations I have due as I know I have a good support group behind me to help and push me forward.
