I recently had an incredible experience with Dr. Osman Tuğrul Güzeldir and the team at Koru Private Hospital. From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized by Mehmet Emin Karagöz, who ensured every detail was taken care of – from pick-up to scheduling appointments with the doctors, addressing my concerns, and making sure I was comfortable throughout the process. Dr. Osman Tuğrul Güzeldir was exceptional. He was well-spoken, straightforward, and took the time to clearly explain the procedure and what to expect. His professionalism and skill gave me complete confidence, and I am very happy with the results. The staff and facilities at Koru Private Hospital were equally impressive. The professionalism and care I received exceeded my expectations, making this a truly positive and seamless experience. Highly recommended!

I visited Antalya in early May of 2025, while experiencing acute sciatica pain going down my left leg. I got in touch with MSM Klinik and had the exam scheduled promptly after talking over the phone with the staff. I had the X-rays and MRI done very promptly at Yasam Hastanesi Life Hospital. MSM Klinik staff, Mr. Mursel, took me to the hospital and was with me there while I was getting the x-rays and MRI done. Then he drove me back to the MSM Klinik where we reviewed the results with the Doctor. The Doctor appeared very knowledgeable and offered an effective treatment plan. However, it was beyond my budget. I continued to manage my back pain with NSAID. I'm giving 5 starts for the service and promptness, but not for any medical procedure as no medical procedure was done. The Doctor, his assistant Mr. Murcel, and the office staff were very kind, professional and attentive to my issue, which deserves a 5 star review. The MRI, x-rays and the consultation were reasonably priced.

Fantastic experience at Arora- she changed my life - I walked in with practically no hair and now my hair is mashallah thicker and luscious It does not end there I’ve also done skin rejuvenation and my skin was so bad I didn’t even like looking in the mirror- but now I feel amazing and my skin is glowing- I never do reviews but honestly this beautiful woman has transformed me !!! Second time returning to this clinic, and happy to drive the 40-mile distance. I attended for skin tag removal (several lesions). Paula was just a delight, personable yet completely professional. Explained the procedure and carried it out skilfully. She allows you to feel totally at ease, you leave feeling that you have been looked after. Will definitely recommend this 5-star treatment.

Had an appointment and a consultation. Spoke to a very helpful member of staff. I was given very good advice. On this occasion the type of treatment I needed was not possible without my doctor's consent. I was very grateful for the level of professional guidance and, in my case, the consideration for my health over a procedure that might not have been in my best interests.

I Googled a dermatologist that deals with removal of skin tags. I chose Dr Pattichis as she had good reviews & had a kind face. The clinic contacted me the very next day & within 2 days I got an appointment for a consultation. I attended my consultation which was easy to find with easy parking & to my delight Dr Pattichis was able to remove on the same day several skin tags around my armpits & some moles. The whole experience was done with professionalism from the receptionist Sofia, Youlia the clinic manager & of course Dr Pattichis herself. The clinic was clean & modern with refreshments & delicious snacks at reception. I would definitely recommend & return if needs be.
