From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized by Mehmet Emin Karagöz, who ensured every detail was taken care of – from pick-up to scheduling appointments with the doctors, addressing my concerns, and making sure I was comfortable throughout the process. Dr. Osman Tuğrul Güzeldir was exceptional. He was well-spoken, straightforward, and took the time to clearly explain the procedure and what to expect. His professionalism and skill gave me complete confidence, and I am very happy with the results. The staff and facilities at Koru Private Hospital were equally impressive. My appointment today was a consultation. The staff were so nice. Especially the lady on reception. Did an ex-Ray and explained exactly what I needed to do going forward. She gave me a breakdown of what it would cost. It was a great experience. Excellent. Linda.

I had a severe pain in my Achilles tendon, which kept recurring after each game of golf. Despite trying several ankle supports and other pain relief creams I could not cure it. However, after one visit to Paul Johnson, I am now cured. He examined my ankle and determined that my problem was due to the tendon being underworked and gave me a series of strengthening exercises which I do twice a day and now I can play golf without the pain. Thanks very much, Paul. Now all I have to do is improve my putting!

The peaceful atmosphere and welcoming staff made me feel at ease. The physiotherapist was very skilled, making a customized plan after a thorough evaluation. What impressed me was their comprehensive approach using modern methods and tools. The sessions were helpful and informative, and you could see how dedicated the staff was to taking care of patients. The clinic went above and beyond what I expected, providing excellent care that helped me get better. I strongly suggest it for excellent physiotherapy services in a friendly environment.

Following an accident in the mid-1990s I have had back and neck problems which have slowly worsened over the years, culminating in little flexibility and constant stiffness. I visited ACC for an initial consultation in March 2024 and had the first of an agreed series of treatments in early April. Results already show an improvement and the dull ache in the neck and shoulders has already greatly reduced. Communication, based on clear, straightforward explanations, has been excellent from all at the clinic, not just the practitioners but the administrative staff too. Five more sessions to go and I am looking forward to the results.
