The treatment received by me at Platinum Physiotherapy for chronic back pain, over a period of two weeks, resulted in the pain being reduced by a tremendous amount. Following an accident in the mid-1990s I have had back and neck problems which have slowly worsened over the years, culminating in little flexibility and constant stiffness. I visited ACC for an initial consultation in March 2024 and had the first of an agreed series of treatments in early April. Results already show an improvement and the dull ache in the neck and shoulders has already greatly reduced. Communication, based on clear, straightforward explanations, has been excellent from all at the clinic, not just the practitioners but the administrative staff too.
