I had a breast reduction with Dra. Claudia Frigo at Clinica Planas in June 2026. I absolutely loved my experience, and it was worth it to choose Dra. Frigo and Clinica Planas! I also had an amazing experience coordinating everything and having all my questions answered with my patient coordinator, Kristina. She has always been available for any questions I have, no matter how small! I felt very comfortable throughout the process and pampered with hyperbaric chamber sessions and manual lymphatic drainage massages. The healing process has been smooth and almost painless as well! I highly recommend going to Clinica Planas!

With severe lower back pain and having tried several chiropractic clinics, I went to BodyWell in Canterbury as I had read great reviews online. After a thorough consultation with Dr Christian which included X-Rays, Nerve Scans, 3D foot scans and a conversation about my medical history and nutrition, I realised this was the right place for me to be. It was established that I had a lower back disc bulge which would require me to have regular adjustments. I have been very pleased with the progress. Dr Christian and his team have always made me feel very welcome from the moment I walked into the clinic. There is always additional advice on offer for those that need it, and I had many different options to help manage my pain. BodyWell has a great team of helpful professionals. For a period, I saw Dr Tracy who offered a different approach to Dr Christian which helped me enormously. I also saw Luke for regular massages which aided towards my recovery. Overall, I am very pleased with the help and care BodyWell offers and I would highly recommend them.

I came in with lower back pain that had been building for about three months, mostly from sitting at a desk all day. Tried Thai massage a few times but it would only hold for a day or two before the tightness came back. My physio at Form Recovery actually did a proper assessment first — asked about my work setup, posture habits, exercise routine — before touching anything. She explained exactly what was causing the problem (tight hip flexors pulling on the lumbar spine) and what we were going to do about it. That clarity alone was worth showing up for. Four sessions in, and the difference is significant. She also gave me a short exercise routine to do at home, which I've actually stuck to because she explained why each one matters. English throughout, no communication issues, easy to book online. If you've been putting off sorting out a nagging injury, don't. Just go.
