I would like to thank Dr. David Lee for the immense knowledge he has given me about my posture and my existing body imbalances. He has been extremely professional, patient and informative in his approach to treatment. He takes time out to understand not just the presenting problem but also the root cause. I decided to see him for my gluteus medius pain that started after an intense weight lifting session. He was able to offer me an explanation of why my glute med got affected and what's happening in my body as a whole structure. I highly recommend him!

I knew I was in the right place. My neighbour has been going to BodyWell for treatment for nearly 8 weeks and I have watched her health improve significantly. I have had neck pain, pins and needles and hormonal issues for months, so much so that it was disturbing my sleep and energy levels throughout the day. So decided to pick up the phone and from the very first phone call, I felt at ease. The staff answered all of my questions and whilst they sounded really busy, were able to book an appointment for consultation within 4 days. I went along and had a free consultation with Dr. Christian and then had some other diagnostic tests, x-rays, nerve scans and examination of my neck. It was fascinating but also a real learning curve. Everything was explained clearly and professionally. I felt comfortable and in comparison with previous specialist appointments, I felt I was in the right place since starting treatment, my neck pain has gone and so have the pins and needles. I have noticed a change in hormonal issues and have also seen the BodyWell Nutritionist, who was excellent. The whole Centre looks at your entire health and not just the symptoms. They address the cause and don't fob you off with a prescription or pills, but update my GP on my progress. Really thorough and caring. I have been having physio since last year with Alice she is amazing she knew something wasn’t right with my knee and worked on other areas that my injured knee had caused until I had a ct scan. Still currently having Alice for physio and I can’t recommend her enough really happy with that Rehabilitation. After having manipulation in November Alice put forward I should have 2 Pt sessions a week I started with Abi absolutely brilliant got my leg/knee more mobile. I’m currently working with Alex for the Pt sessions and we are building the strength back ready for my next operation. All the ladies I have worked with through Achieve are hard-working and absolute stars and can’t thank them enough - the support is amazing. I have more faith in the next operations I have due as I know I have a good support group behind me to help and push me forward.

Hi I had a very tight calf muscle when I attended the cottage clinic. Brian worked on it for 30 mins. Have to say it felt really loose afterwards and was back training two days later. Clinic is spotless and a real relaxing air about the place. Also very good value. Your not rushed out of the place either.
