I recently had an incredible experience with Dr. Osman Tuğrul Güzeldir and the team at Koru Private Hospital. From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized by Mehmet Emin Karagöz, who ensured every detail was taken care of – from pick-up to scheduling appointments with the doctors, addressing my concerns, and making sure I was comfortable throughout the process. Dr. Osman Tuğrul Güzeldir was exceptional. He was well-spoken, straightforward, and took the time to clearly explain the procedure and what to expect. His professionalism and skill gave me complete confidence, and I am very happy with the results. The staff and facilities at Koru Private Hospital were equally impressive. BodyWell has been a lifesaver! I came in with constant neck pain that was making my days miserable. What really stood out about this clinic is that they use standing X-rays, which I hadn’t seen anywhere else. Dr. Christian explained that it gave them a better idea of how my neck was positioned in a natural standing posture, which helped them pinpoint the problem more accurately. 5th session on 30 December, able to walk well without a walking stick. First 3 sessions I went with a stick which started with a swollen ankle/arch joint and hip pain on both sides trying to manage with a stick, rather imbalanced movement. Natasha worked on my inflamed lumbar area and taught me exercises to strengthen my weak outer calf muscles as well as my buttock muscles to help me to carry myself in a more balanced way. Will complete my package of 10, and likely to sign up for 1 more to ensure all my imbalanced muscles are going to be retrained.

Over the years I have suffered from aching lower back pain, and shoulder pain. I have been wearing a shoulder support brace and support vest for many years. I cannot leave home without them. I then pulled a muscle in my back, so I finally went to get this all sorted out once and for all. I am seeing Lucy, this is my second visit, and I am already feeling the deference. Lucy identified the problem right away. I have lost strength in my lower back, and my core is very weak. Lucy is very warm and friendly; I feel very comfortable with her. she has explained in great detail why I have been wearing my support braces for so many years and has encouraged me to trust myself and to start believing that I will be ok without my support braces. I have not worn them for 3 days now, when I start to feel the shoulder pain, it reminds me to hold my core, and surprisingly enough the pain eases up. Since doing the specific exercises and practicing holding my core and controlling my breathing, I already feel better about myself. Thank you, Lucy.

I have been a patient of Maria on and off over the last few years. The care I have recieved from Maria and the clinic staff has been excellent. Nothing is ever too much for them when dealing with someone suffering chronic lower back pain. They are always very supportive and understanding and will always accomodate me whenever I am in need of an appointment. This clinic is value for money. Thought i had pinched a nerve or damaged a disc after sitting down incorrectly, constant pain, couldn't bend, could feel a pinch/tightness with every movement. I got a next day appointment after ringing on recommendation. I have never been to a chiropractor so did not know what to expect and Dr Hagan put me at ease straight away, he is a lovely welcoming man. I hobbled into the office in pain but walked out PAIN FREE and almost euphoric!! I am still in shock that it was so easy to ease the pain. Dr Hagan even worked my shoulders and freed up the tension in them! I have just had a second session with him and feel my posture improving but most importantly I have no back pain since. I could not recommend Dr Hagan's clinic highly enough.
