My Sports Clinic was launched in 2006 by Australian Physiotherapist Damon Voss. My Sports Clinic has been providing a range of services for over 10 years. Like Minded staff are recruited with experience in elite sport and musculoskeletal physiotherapy to provide high quality physiotherapy the ‘My Sports Way’. We believe it is a better way for you to get back to your physical best. Our highly trained staff are registered with the HPC, CSP and ACPPP. My Sports Clinic is based within David LLoyd Leisure, Doxford International Business Park, Sunderland. The clinic is just off the A19 which gives easy access to patients travelling from the surrounding boroughs, and free parking is available within the club grounds. We are trained to diagnose, and treat problems of the muscles, joints and nerves.. Conditions treated at the clinic include joint, muscle and soft tissue pain and injuries, headaches and migraines, trapped nerves, minor sports injuries, pain related to arthritis, stress and tension, and neck pain. At your first visit a comprehensive examination is carried out, which is followed by the appropriate treatment. Treatment is reviewed regularly to ensure you are receiving the best possible care for your condition, and to ensure a quick return to your normal activities.

Bowen Technique, also known as Bowen Therapy is a light touch physical therapy that works with the body's nervous system to encourage relaxation of muscles and connective tissue and realignment of joints. It does not involve any harsh jarring movement of joints.
