I’ve just seen Mohammed as I was suffering from an ingrowing toenail which was extremely painful. Well, I can honestly say that after 45 minutes in his care, my feet feel brilliant. I was so impressed by his expertise, my feet now feel like they’ve had a makeover, and I’m walking on air. I can’t recommend him and the staff highly enough. Fantastic experience. I’ve even booked another appointment.

I use a range of therapeutic modalities, my primary method is Bowen Technique, An-Mo (Shiatsu) and Somatic education other modalities I use include: Advanced Massage Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy and Muscle Energy Technique. Because I take a whole body view and apply any therapeutic input with that in mind, you will notice change taking place quickly and just as importantly that change will be driven from within your body and that means that the change will be long lasting. Bowen Technique, also known as Bowen Therapy is a light touch physical therapy that works with the body's nervous system to encourage relaxation of muscles and connective tissue and realignment of joints. It does not involve any harsh jarring movement of joints. An-Mo is a Chinese bodywork method that was the precursor to Japanese Shiatsu, it works with higher pressure than Bowen and includes passive mobilisation and stretches. Somatic Education is a subtle way of improving how your nervous system controls your movements. Often due to poor posture, historic injuries or occupational wear and tear we tend to develop poor movement habits that can, over time, cause recurring pain and injuries. Somatic Education retrains our body to move correctly.

My knee feels much better after all of this and I was finally able to start running againLucy, UK, 06 09 21

I was having ongoing problems with a sore knee that was preventing me from running, after being unsatisfied with the advice from my GP I decided to go directly to a physiotherapist and spent some time looking at reviews for people in the area. I found Marek and was able to quickly and easily make an appointment. He came to my house and was able to examine my knee and work out the cause of the problem, from there he gave me a thorough treatment plan to get me back on my feet. The plan was easy to follow and didn't feel difficult to add to my daily routine and after a few days I began to notice an improvement in my knee. As treatment progressed Marek gave me ways to change the stretches so that I'd be getting the most out of them. My knee feels much better after all of this and I was finally able to start running again. Throughout Marek was professional and helpful, he clearly has a great deal of knowledge regarding the musculoskeletal system and could plainly explain everything in a way that I could understand. I'd be happy to call Marek for any future issues and to recommend him to others.
