I suffer from occasional back pain - not generally severe but recurrent. In March, during the lockdown, I suffered a bout of pain in my back and knee that was keeping me awake at night and called the clinic (which I have visited before). A single consultation two days later (with all of the proper safety measures in place) reassured me and massage and exercise have relieved the symptoms. It's a great reassurance to know that I can get an appointment quickly with the person I want to see and get the treatment I need - while enjoying a chat about farming and the cultivation of apple (or was it plum?) trees.

I was very satisfied with the treatment I received. Ear syringing is something I’ve had to have done on and off for years. I used to go to the doctor’s and when they stopped doing it I had to go elsewhere privately. I have to say that the treatment I had today was far superior to the treatment I’ve had before.

Trigger point therapy is the use ofpressure points to reduce areas of hyperirritability or spasm within themuscle, otherwise known as ‘knots’. These are points that can be felt by thetherapist where taut areas of tightness are present. I have seen every chiropractor nearly through the years, many physio and surgeons and only one who can make me feel better pain wise and know what they are on about is Simon. At this clinic he is the best. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

First impressions were favourable. I had a consultation followed by treatment. Caroline was friendly and reassuring. As for getting the appointment in the first place, it would have been so much easier and quicker if I had phoned the practice direct instead of searching online.
