I am looking forward to my next treatmentAngela, Ireland, 25 05 22

I go to Iwona to get a full body massage. I have a problem with my neck and shoulder. So I decided I would get reflexology this time from her. She explains the treatment in relation to reflexology, but also works in a holistic way to provide an enjoyable /relaxing /healing experience. She is very passionate about what she can offer her clients. I wasn't sleeping great and I had a great sleep after my treatment. I am looking forward to my next treatment. I have no hesitation in recommending Iwona to others who are open to find ways of helping improve their health and wellbeing. Thank you Iwona, it is a lovely experience that I will always look forward to.

Full Body Massage
Holistic massage is a combination of various movements used to manipulate muscles through the application of pressure to either soothe or stimulate the whole body. It aims to balance the “whole” person and the effects will vary with each individual. This therapy helps in the relief of a wide range of problems physiologically and psychologically, they include:•Relaxation of the whole body, reducing stress and anxiety•Gives a “lift” to the emotions and increases positive feelings•Encourages better circulation•Encourages deeper and therefore more efficient and relaxed breathing•Relieves muscle fatigue, soreness and stiffness•Relieves tired, stiff joints•Promotes general relaxation•Encourages sleep•Boosts immunity With regular Holistic Massages you will find that you have increased energy levels as there is less energy spent in holding the body in a state of tension and strain. In this fast moving world, shouldnt we all have some real time out!

I found the process very inciteful and educationalMichael, Ireland, 22 07 24

I found the process followed to diagnose my lower back pain very inciteful and educational. I learnt so much about my own physical makeup, especially all my inherited physical characteristics which I was oblivious to!

I recommend him to absolutely anyone who wants to get their life backChloe, Ireland, 03 01 25

For over 2 years I have suffered with sciatica and following a traumatic birth I never thought it would ever get better. Someone recommend Dani to me and after being to other physios, Chiropractors I wasn’t sure if it was going to work. Well just a matter of weeks after a flare up that left me hardly able to walk, I have now gone days without pain something I never thought would happen!! Dani is kind, calm and very professional and helps you feel at ease. I recommend him to absolutely anyone who wants to get their life back! Must give a try to dani and you will see the improvement
