After working in London he returned to Dublin in 1992 and now practices in Ranelagh and Walkinstown. He works closely with members of the medical profession in the treatment of conditions such as: back pain and leg pain, neck pain and arm pain, trapped nerves and sciatica, headaches and migraine, slipped disc, frozen shoulder, whiplash, sports injuries, repetitive strain, jaw problems, arthritis and back pain in pregnancy. Trigger Point Therapy  
Trigger point therapy is a soft tissue technique, similar to a short, yet specific massage. It focuses on working out singular tight points within muscles, rather than the muscle as a whole, to remove waste products and allow for muscle relaxation. Both doctors typically include a brief session of trigger point therapy in addition to traditional chiropractic care, though can also perform a session entirely of trigger points.
Posture Management  
Posture, especially in the workplace and in sports, can lead to repetitive stress injuries damaging joints and tightening muscle groups. Both our doctors can help with any particular concerns you may have regarding your posture. Postural changes will require patience as it's essentially a changing of habits, so the most important thing is to stick with it and not get discouraged.
Ergonomic Assessments and Advice  
Ergonomics refers to the way you move and position yourself in the workplace. Often simple things such as chair height and position, desk height, the type of computer you use, and where your tools are positioned can be changed to decrease the strain placed by yourself on your body. I have had an intense pain in my shoulder for 5 weeks. My GP just gave me naproxen and I also tried a physiotherapist (5 sessions) who told me to do some stretching which obviously didn't solve the issue. I found Daim Therapy from google and was surprised with all Superb 5* Reviews so i thought i must give this clinic a try as i was unable to do my daily activities Dani listened carefully to everything I had to say and he gave me the first plausible explanation for my pain. In just three sessions I improved so much with his treatment methodolgy and I don't think I will have to go back as i feel great so far

I’m a firm believer in the art and craft of chiropractic care, and Dr. Alison Anderson’s methods did not disappoint. A recent trapped nerve in my lower back had literally crippled me, but trusting in my faith in chiropractic care, I was back on the road to recovery within about four 20-minute sessions over two weeks. I was soon able to walk my dogs and bend down without the fear of collapsing. Knee Treatment Excellent professional service. The lady is highly intelligent and experienced. She is completely thorough in her treatment. She explains everything in detail and most importantly she fixed my knee injury. She is very pleasant and lovely to deal with. She is priced very reasonable and she is honest, for example, if she feels one visit was enough to treat the problem then she doesn’t try to mislead you and bring you back for her financial gain like others physio’s do.
