Dry Needling is a treatment for muscle pain. It is a quick safe way of eliminating knots in muscles, and relieving tension from those tight muscles. Myofascial pain is the name for pain that comes from the muscles and connective tissues associated with muscles. When muscles are overused or injured they can develop areas of spasm in the muscles. These knots are called trigger points. Trigger points can be latent - just tight areas in the muscle, or active where they can refer pain to different areas in the body.

He now treats my children and grandchildren tooEmer, UK, 22 06 26

Mark Smyth is a fantastic osteopath, excellent at diagnosing the cause of aches and pains and reducing problems. I originally attended him after spending 12 weeks off work, and paying a physio 3 times/week without improvement. On my first visit, he correctly diagnosed the issue, manipulated my arm, and I was able to use my computer again. That was 25 years ago, and he has treated a variety of problems since. He now treats my children and grandchildren too. In addition, he is empathetic and genuine. He is now the osteopath of all my family and a number of my friends.
