Knee Treatment Excellent professional service. The lady is highly intelligent and experienced. She is completely thorough in her treatment. She explains everything in detail and most importantly she fixed my knee injury. She is very pleasant and lovely to deal with. She is priced very reasonable and she is honest, for example, if she feels one visit was enough to treat the problem then she doesn’t try to mislead you and bring you back for her financial gain like others physio’s do. I first attended the clinic in September 2019 with plantar fasciitis which I had for over 12 months. My physiotherapist was Conor Tierney. I had 6 treatments and was given exercises to do at home. After the 6 treatments/exercises, I can honestly say I now walk pain-free. I still do the exercises on occasion. What helped me with this was the videos that Conor took of me doing the exercises correctly. He sent them to my phone so I had absolutely no excuses not to do them and I could look back to make sure I was doing them correctly. I then attended Conor again in July 2020. I had a problem with my knee. After the first consultation, we discussed my options and plans. I selected the 7 sessions plan. It was very economical. Again Conor sorted me out with exercises and treatments. I would highly recommend Conor at Stepaside Physiotherapy.

I am attending for physio with Siofra and I am getting great results. Thank you! I have a broken shoulder which has been very painful. I am working hard on my exercises, which is making a big difference to the mobility of my shoulder joint. Very good service.

Having never had my back and spine looked at previously and after 10+ years of carrying excess weight, I have been incredibly lucky to find Dr Chenot. She has been a magician working on re-adjusting me and alleviating a lot of stress as well as increasing my range of motion and overall allowing me to feel a lot more positive about myself. She also does a wonderful job of explaining exactly what's happening and how what she is doing is going to relieve what is ailing me. The front-desk staff is incredibly friendly also. Never have to wait more than 1-2 mins after arrival before being seen and they send reminders 24 hours before the next appointment to ensure a smooth experience. Could not be happier!
