Knee Treatment Excellent professional service. The lady is highly intelligent and experienced. She is completely thorough in her treatment. She explains everything in detail and most importantly she fixed my knee injury. She is very pleasant and lovely to deal with. She is priced very reasonable and she is honest, for example, if she feels one visit was enough to treat the problem then she doesn’t try to mislead you and bring you back for her financial gain like others physio’s do. Up until 2004, I worked in a job which held little stimulation for me and I lived mainly for  weekends. When I was made redundant in 2004 , I decided to use the opportunity to finally follow my dream. I began by studying Neuro-Muscular Therapy and Sports Massage, because of my keen interest in football, and enjoyed the courses immensely. During my first year as a qualified Neuro-Muscular therapist, I developed a strong interest in Reiki healing, and qualified as a Reiki and Seichim Master in 2007.  I found that many aspects of my life began to change in a positive way, and still continue to change. After completing all the levels of Reiki/Seichim, I went on to do further  energy work with Kathleen Milner (founder of Tera-Mai Reiki), including working with Sakara and Cahokia energies. While working part-time as a Sports Massage and Reiki therapist, I returned to College, this time to study Naturopathy. I was interested in learning in-depth about topics including Bach Flower Remedies, Tissue Salts and Iridology, so that I could integrate this knowledge into my Energy Healing and Sports Massage practice. In the recent years since I began to follow my heart, and to do what I truly loved, I have achieved more  than I had in all my years up to that point. Our family and extended family have been to Will for many years with back and joint problems and he has always given us such relief. I have been attending him lately with severe neck and shoulder pain and Will has done dry needling, which is sore at the time but the relief afterwards is just fantastic. I first attended the clinic in September 2019 with plantar fasciitis which I had for over 12 months. My physiotherapist was Conor Tierney. I had 6 treatments and was given exercises to do at home. After the 6 treatments/exercises, I can honestly say I now walk pain-free. I still do the exercises on occasion. What helped me with this was the videos that Conor took of me doing the exercises correctly. He sent them to my phone so I had absolutely no excuses not to do them and I could look back to make sure I was doing them correctly. I then attended Conor again in July 2020. I had a problem with my knee. After the first consultation, we discussed my options and plans. I selected the 7 sessions plan. It was very economical. Again Conor sorted me out with exercises and treatments. I would highly recommend Conor at Stepaside Physiotherapy.
