Everything explained in terms I understood and even insightfulSharon, dublin, 06 02 23

Initial consultation free, thorough collaborative chat and felt very at ease throughout. Had deep tissue laser therapy for post fusion surgery. Everything explained in terms I understood and even insightful. Scheduled plan (package deal of 6 sessions was very affordable comparing on google Dublin) flexible appointments & app: reminders. Excellent outcome for me (decrease in pain, mobility loosening). Have other longstanding issues that would benefit from John's input.John kinda gives you insight into the psychology/physical/pain perception /science of injury/issues (also with links) just helps to understand my own history with back problems. I felt very comfortable, confident and motivated as the treatment went on. He genuinely was interested in my well-being, encouraging me. I never felt rushed. He's funny and caring at the same time. I most definitely will go back with a separate issue.

Physical Therapy
Pain-free functional movement for participation in occupation and lifestyle activities is desirable. Many components comprise pain-free functional movement including adequate posture, ROM, muscle performance, motor control, and balance reactions. Impairments of each component could potentially alter functional movement resulting in or as a consequence of pain. Utilizing the Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), the clinician is able to identify key functional movement patterns and describe the critical points of assessment needed to efficiently restore functional movement. This approach is designed to complement the clinicians existing exam and intervention model with the prescription of movement based therapeutic exercise.
Sports Therapy
Deep Tissue Massage
RELAXATION AND FOCUSOne of the most popular reasons to schedule a massage is to relieve the amount of tension and stress that one may feel. This includes athletes! Training is difficult and requires an enormous amount of dedication and hard work.By allowing the mind to relax and release inner tension, the body follows along.

Each session was very effectiveAneita, Ireland, 17 05 26

From my very first appointment, Dani made me feel welcomed and comfortable. He took the time to listen to my concerns about my lower back pain and conducted a thorough assessment to understand the root of the issue. Each session was very effective. He incorporated a variety of techniques tailored to my specific needs, combining them with targeted exercises. I noticed significant improvements in my mobility and a marked reduction in pain after just a few visits. If you’re struggling with lower back pain, I highly recommend Dani he has made a remarkable difference in my life, and I am incredibly grateful for his support and expertise. Thank you!
