Deep tissue massage 1 hour €80 I've never had a massage before and wasn't sure what to expect. I've had problems with my shoulder for years and my GP recommended therapeutic massage. Liz was absolutely brilliant, she put me at ease straight away and explained everything step by step. Would highly recommend, in fact, I've booked another appointment.

Excellent massage from a professional and friendly masseuse, obviously trained to a very high level. Room is small but warm, comfortable and quiet so you can easily drift off listening to the relaxing music while the masseuse works her magic. Highly recommended, looking forward to more massages here.

I recently had a gastric bypass and lost 8 stone I was very lucky to find this site just by searching online. I have to say I had lost a huge amount of muscles with the weight loss and decided to treat myself and see how my body was doing. I was unbelievably happy with the care and treatment I got from well experience masseuse and the feedback she gave me around my muscle loss and the encouragement going forward. I definitely will be going back for more, one of the best massage I ever had. Not only did she help my body to recover, she also made me stop and think about how in the name of god I got this far without probably looking after my self, mind, body and soul. It was as if she stopped the madness and gave me back the gift of life so if you don't mind, I have to give credit where credit is due. I've been to many places all my life looking for quick fixes for my mental health and a lot of things did suppress my inner demons. I do believe everything happens for reasons and how I got a particular date, time or place with the odds stacked against me, I can't explain but so powerful. She made me look into my inner self that day and I will be grateful for that the rest of my life. Miracles do happen if you let them. I go to Iwona to get a full body massage. I have a problem with my neck and shoulder. So I decided I would get reflexology this time from her. She explains the treatment in relation to reflexology, but also works in a holistic way to provide an enjoyable /relaxing /healing experience. She is very passionate about what she can offer her clients. I wasn't sleeping great and I had a great sleep after my treatment. I am looking forward to my next treatment. I have no hesitation in recommending Iwona to others who are open to find ways of helping improve their health and wellbeing.
