Deep tissue massage 1 hour €80 I've never had a massage before and wasn't sure what to expect. I've had problems with my shoulder for years and my GP recommended therapeutic massage. Liz was absolutely brilliant, she put me at ease straight away and explained everything step by step. Would highly recommend, in fact, I've booked another appointment.

I made an appointment with Brian for NMT on a couple of reoccurring injuries (knee & shoulder). Had a few sessions following this, including dry needle treatment, all of which really helped my recovery. Brian is very knowledgeable, very friendly and gives excellent advice. I recently went back for TECAR therapy, a new non-invasive treatment, that really worked wonders on my super tight thigh and hamstring. I would definitely recommend Brian for any treatments.

I recently had a gastric bypass and lost 8 stone I was very lucky to find this site just by searching online. I have to say I had lost a huge amount of muscles with the weight loss and decided to treat myself and see how my body was doing. I was unbelievably happy with the care and treatment I got from well experience masseuse and the feedback she gave me around my muscle loss and the encouragement going forward. I definitely will be going back for more, one of the best massage I ever had. Not only did she help my body to recover, she also made me stop and think about how in the name of god I got this far without probably looking after my self, mind, body and soul. It was as if she stopped the madness and gave me back the gift of life so if you don't mind, I have to give credit where credit is due. I've been to many places all my life looking for quick fixes for my mental health and a lot of things did suppress my inner demons. I do believe everything happens for reasons and how I got a particular date, time or place with the odds stacked against me, I can't explain but so powerful. She made me look into my inner self that day and I will be grateful for that the rest of my life. Miracles do happen if you let them. It's a package, if the brain is not right- the body suffers and if the body's not right the brain suffers. Thanks.

Really appreciate that I was contacted quickly after leaving a voicemail to fit me in for an appointment on that day which was badly needed. I had a deep tissue massage which was extremely helpful towards my painful back. The therapist was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely be going back very soon.

I was delighted to be referred to Jonathon for treatment on a lower back muscle problem. Not only did he sort my problem out, but he also worked across all musculoskeletal areas, which, without doubt, has helped hugely in being able to revert to my participation in sport.
