Reflexology is a science that deals with the principles that there are reflex points within the feet and hands that correspond to all glands, organs & structures of the body.Reflexology is a natural, holistic, non-invasive therapy which helps maintain a delicate balance between all the bodies systems.A reflexology practitioner uses light pressure to massage and stimulate the acupressure points on the toes, feet & ankles to release tension, remove energy blockages, disperse accummulations of calcium & uric acid, as well as stimulating blood circulation.This process allows the bodys own ability to heal itself and balance the mind, body & soul, all of which are esential for the maintenance of good health.Many disorders or diseases such as Arthritis, Bronchitis, Eczema, PMS or menstrual problems, depression, insomnia, backache & anxiety.It is estimated that 75% of disease is stress related. Reflexology reduces feelings of stress, calms & soothes, encourages elimination & improves circulation. All of which is a major benefit on the road to good health as well as maintaining a balanced state. 

Reiki is a gentle & non-invasive therapy which works with the Universal Life Force Energy that is all around us, to balance both the body & mind.Treatments are carried out fully clothed & usually on a couch. With the therapist gently laying hands on the chakra points along the body & channelling the energy this enables the clients own healing ability to take place.The energy does it work by clearing any blockages within the chakras, which are energy centres in which all body energy passes. If these centres are blocked discomfort & dis-ease set in, causing many physical & emotional imbalances.There are a number of different types of Reiki.
