I got an appointment quickly, did not have to wait when I arrived, the staff were friendly. The Doctor was great. She took the time to gather my history, and listen to me. I was very happy with the treatment I received.
I managed to get an appointment within a few days and the doctor was very professional and reassuring. I am in the middle of treatment (prescriptions) and am having a follow-up in the next few days. This has been a godsend when NHS waiting times are too long to cope with an ENT problem for.
