A large number of patients we see in the practice have back or neck problems. This may also have associatted referred pain  such as sciatica or headaches. We will do a detailed assessment and treatment will be aimed at reducing pain, restoring movement and advicing you back care, posture awareness and on ergonomics. We aim to help you return to your sport and full fitness as quickly as possible. We wil treat the injury and also work with your to a graded  return to fitness. CST is a hands-on therapy that evolved out of osteopathy. Reiki means universal life energy in Japanese and is based on the premise that illness is caused by a disruption in the bodys energy field or life force and a Reiki treatment fills the body with positive energy causing the disease-making negative energy to disappears.  You will be fully clothed during treatment, relaxed on a massage couch or seated if that is more comfortable.  The treatment consists of hands being lightly and gently placed on the body in a sequence of positions, each one being held for a couple of minutes.
