Outstanding! I first attended Gentle Family Chiropractic having been on A & E the previous evening in so much pain I could barely move. What I really appreciated is how Dr. Rosemary took time to map all possible traumas going right back to my childhood. She explained how what I was feeling was not skeletal or muscular, and that it was the nerves, she related that to hardware and software and as an IT person, that context was very important to me. She isolated the source and commenced treatment. Between the first week and today, my treatment has made a world of difference. I am still on the journey but I am grateful and fully confident that my treatment will result in full recovery.

Jonathan was recommended to me by my son who had a painful back problem. We had both seen other practitioners in the area but Jonathan is by far the best. We found he quickly identified the issue and speedily addressed the problem. I subsequently had surgery on my ankle, a prolonged period on crutches which left me with general alignment issues and a degree of discomfort which Jonathan addressed in a couple of visits. Jonathan is the 1st person my family and friends look to for rectification of any muscular or skeletal issues.

CST - Craniosacral Therapy  
The bones of the cranium have subtle movement patterns and are driven by the constant fluctuation of the intracranial fluids. Sometimes the usual movement and circulation of this mechanism is interrupted. This may be due to trauma such as road traffic accidents or prolonged dental treatment, post infection, congenital malformations and complicated childbirth. Cranial seeks to re-establish the healthy motility of these bones, membranes and the circulation of the fluids in the area. Craniosacral also looks at the other areas distal to the cranium that are influenced by any changes. Treatment is subtle, gentle and persuasive in nature, but can achieve powerful results in tissues that have been very reactive and in patients whose problems are very much functional at source.
