I have been a patient of Andrea for several years and she has treated me for a variety of complaints. As someone who has recovered from a serious injury herself she is both extremely knowledgeable and empathetic. She takes a keen interest in the well-being of her patients and is only too happy to make other referrals where appropriate. I cannot speak too highly of the support she has given me and have no hesitation in referring friends and colleagues to her.

I have been treated by James Rousseau for various issues over the past twenty years - Back problems and plantar faciitis. But I only see James when I am in pain. He calmly deals with my 'end of the world' position, "Will I ever walk again? Do I need to buy a wheelchair?" Then he just focuses on my problem. A month ago, I was struggling to walk from my lounge to the kitchen. Three treatments later and I am fully mobile and pain-free. Great value, very friendly staff, so it is a big thank you from me. I saw Joe following a fall, which caused nerve damage to the left side of my face, as well as fracturing my left wrist. I was quite nervous as it was my first visit to see an osteopath, and I said to Joe, ‘I need some magic’ as I was in such discomfort Joe immediately put me at ease and was very kind, gentle and listened carefully to my concerns. Following several treatments that involved both head, neck and hand massage, I now ‘have my head back’, and the hand is greatly improved in both strength and flexibility. Joe has certainly created magic with his skilled and expert touch and big heart. I shall be forever grateful.
