I had a lovely session with Mary, she is very good at giving you insight and has a beautiful manner and soft voice. You feel very understood and I will be going back for more.

I got hypnotherapy to get me through grief and trauma. Sinead made it comfortable and easy for me to talk, cry and let all my emotions out. She was very supportive in my key concerns and helped me feel stronger, have a clearer mind and face the world again. I would highly recommend Sinead, she has a lovely personality that helps you relax and talk openly.

After studying Reiki 1 with Susan and having some amazing results, I returned for Level 2 and met some lovely new people, learned lots of wonderful more advanced features of Reiki and how Susan is such a great teacher and the power she has with distant healing and the wide variety of specialist experiences behind her. Grace approach to treatment is truly awe inspiring. I originally went for chronic pain. Over the course of 6 sessions, herbs and following her advice to nourish myself physically and mentally, the relief from pain was massively reduced. A true Master in Chinese Medicine with a genuine love of her field, Grace gives genuine acupuncture in my opinion, but its so worth it! You must be willing to put in the work. Grace is so knowledgeable. It's so relaxing to take that time to rest after the acupuncture. The clinic is so clean and comfortable. We then discussed fertility acupuncture as we had exhausted absolutely every other avenue/clinic over the years. Grace worked very closely on my issues, fine-tuning my body to prepare over weeks/months until I eventually had success. Now 12 weeks pregnant with my first child, I cannot thank Grace enough for all the thought, care, effort, support and mental positivity which has quite literally changed our lives.

I have had five sessions of acupuncture for severe daily migraines which I have been unable to treat with medications and massage for years. This has worked. I saw a considerable reduction in daily headaches to having two in four weeks. I have not had one since last week. I had a combination of reflexology and acupuncture today which was an excellent service. I would recommend this therapist. She seems to be very experienced. I wish I had visited her sooner.

I was suffering from Vertigo and it was really starting to impact on my day to day life in a very real way. As long as I could remember, I was afraid of speaking in front of people, asking strangers anything or starting a conversation with a person that attacked me. My Hypnotherapist relaxed me during his initial session and showed me how to conquer my circle of confidence and extend it to wherever I have to be and want to go. Today, after only 6 sessions, I deliver in-house training, provide initial training courses to our company's new customers, and I got my first relationship on a night out with colleagues.
