Baby Reflex courses also available. During Baby Reflex, parents, guardians or any care giver are taught how to give reflexology to their own baby to help relieve symptoms such as colic, asthma, digestive and sleep problems. Hopi Ear Candling offered as a stand alone or as part of the Reflexology Treatment.  Ear Candling is also relaxing and excellent for clients with sinus conditions and frequent headaches.

Frances is a State Registered Nurse since 1980, with over 35 years’ experience working in the healthcare sector, she graduated with a Licentiate in Acupuncture from the Acupuncture Foundation of Ireland and Nanjing University China in 1999.
