My name is Laura Branigan-Bayoumi and I hold an honours degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy from Dublin Business School and am a fully accredited member of the I.A.C.P.  I work from a humanistic and integrative approach, which means that I draw on various humanistic, psychodynamic and solution focused theories in order to  explore the difficulties you are facing, increase your self-awareness and  provide you with support.   As a humanistic Psychotherapist I respect  each individual's ability to make their own decisions. My work with you will not be about giving advice or deciding what is best for you. Instead, through discussion and exploration, I will work with you to help you clarify your own beliefs, values and priorities, so you can reach your own decisions on what is best for you.   We will work together in order to truly understand your thoughts, emotions and behaviours, to deepen your level of self awareness, and to identify and work on breaking unhelpful patterns in your life. We will work towards empowering you, so that you are better able to manage and overcome whatever is holding you back from reaching  your goals and aspirations.

I hold a B.A. (Hons) degree in Psychology and a MSc in Health Psychology with additional qualifications in Anatomy, Physiology and Massage, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, and Diet and Nutrition (ITEC).  I am qualified in Reflexology in Pregnancy and Childbirth (MRTP I), Fertility Reflexology (Sarah Holland, Fertility Reflexology Network), Reflexology in Cancer Care, Craniosacral therapy I and II, Ayurvedic Kansa Vatki foot massage TM, and Dietary Counselling (IHS).  I offer treatments in Reflexology including Cranio Sacral Reflexology (CSR), Aroma-Reflexology, Maternity Reflexology (Fertility/Pregnancy/Post-natal), Ayurvedic Kansa Vatki foot massage, Dietary Counselling, Reiki/Intuitive Healing. My main areas of interest include supporting women across their natural cycles through fertility, pregnancy and menopause. I also work therapeutically with women who have experienced trauma and loss through miscarriage or multiple miscarriages and as a result may be carrying grief and loss held at a somatic (bodily) level; and with individual clients who are interested in undertaking deeper therapeutic work through engaging the body as a gateway to the unconscious, as an access point for shadow work and as a source for emotional healing. I see each client as central to their own healing process and s/he is encouraged to be an active participant in their own health and healing. Marie Keegan is a qualified psychotherapist based in Galway, Ireland, offering counselling services for adults. With extensive training in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Traumatology, and Grief and Bereavement, Marie offers personalised care for issues such as depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, and trauma. Although Marie cannot work with eating disorders, couples, or anyone under 18, she offers convenient online and phone services for her clients.

Providing the client with a calm space to relax in is the first step and all treatments are tailored to the client's own specific needs. I take a holistic approach to all my treatments, I believe passionately in treating the whole person mind, body and spirit. All treatments are provided in a professional manner and are totally confidential. I trained in Green Tara College in Navan. I qualified in Reflexology, Indian Head Massage and Usui Reiki. I have completed a course in Anti natal care and reflexology in the anti natal period. I also lecture and train students in Reflexology to ITEC level.
