Cannot recommend enough. It has been well over a year since I went. I struggled so much with my anxiety for such a long time and spent hundreds on therapy. Hypnotherapy worked instantly and the difference is significant. If I ever have triggers or setbacks I have the sessions recorded and again they work instantly. I can't recommend this place enough! I had my ADHD assesment done here and the efficiency and professionalism is top notch!! I was waiting for an appointment at a different clinic for over 6 months and my GP referred me to Zak Powers instead. At a time when I was feeling lost and stressed, I contacted the centre and spoke to Stuart. Using a combination of Spiritual healing, hypnotherapy and EFT, I experienced a real positive shift in how I was feeling.
