Cannot recommend enough. It has been well over a year since I went. I struggled so much with my anxiety for such a long time and spent hundreds on therapy. Hypnotherapy worked instantly and the difference is significant. If I ever have triggers or setbacks I have the sessions recorded and again they work instantly. I don't I expected maybe a miracle that in theory doesn't exist. I met with Zak from the beginning he was very welcoming and while he didn't offer me the magic wand he did however allow me to see that I had hope. He worked with me as a person and not as a patient which I value in a person. He and above all he listened and offered me his help. I would highly recommend to anyone out there struggling. If you want someone to listen and not be judged by someone who understands he is your go-to thank you from the bottom of my heart.
