What is "Access Bars"?There are 32 bars of energy that run through and around your head. They store the electromagnetic components of all the thoughts, ideas, attitudes, decisions and beliefs that you have ever had about anything. What is Deep Tissue Massage? Deep tissue massage works to relieve severe tension in the muscle and focuses on deeper layers of muscles. It is not unlike the classic massage but uses slower movement and deeper pressure, really concentrating on areas of pain and tension. What happens during Deep Tissue Massage? Similar to a massage, clients will be on the massage couch. Towels will be used to cover the client and only the area of the body being worked on will be exposed at any one time. The therapist will carry out several deep tissue techniques using hands, knuckles and elbows, checking with the client at all times that the pressure is ok.
