I saw James for the test and he was thoroughly professional and personable. He explained what the test was for and how it would be carried out. I had the results in pdf form by email within minutes of the test being completed, and was able to email them straight to my doctors to assist them in making a diagnosis. Really professional service from Cosmopolitan Clinic in Maidstone. They helped investigate whether we needed a yellow fever vaccination, even ringing me back of the evening to get more details prior to booking an appointment.
