I attended today for a blood test. Unfortunately, I am not easy to get blood from and many nurses/doctors/phlebotomists have struggled because my veins are small and tricky. Today Mrs. Shahida Ali was amazing, she listened to my explanation, took a little time to check my veins, and as a result was able to get a good, viable sample the first time (very rarely does this happen for me). I was very impressed by her knowledge, courtesy, understanding, and competency. Even better I was finished before my official appointment time. Definitely 5star treatment today. Many thanks
So efficient. Such a quick response and convenient appointment. I was delayed in traffic and the admin team was very responsive and helpful in supporting I was still seen. The doctor was so pleasant and I didn’t even feel the needle. Would highly recommend.

I had booked an appointment online and on the date I got through it easily and quickly. My appointment was for a vaccine and when I reached within a few minutes of front desk conversation I was asked to fill out the form. Once done I was called in quickly and the job was done. The staff were very helpful and all had a smile on their faces…. Had a nice experience oh! N will be visit again for the second dose.
