I had a broken tooth that was very sharp against my tongue. I also had a tooth that suddenly fell out. I rang Toni on Wednesday afternoon after seeing her review online plus she was close to home. My appointment was the next day. I can only reiterate the views. She was lovely very efficient, sorted me how with no hassle or pain. When I went to pay her I expected to pay a lot of money. She is the cheapest dentist I have had. The clinic is clean and professional, I had an X-ray (included in the fee) and Toni will phone me with the results to see if I need more treatment. Very highly recommended.
I have been a patient of Parneet's for over 6 years and have always found him and his team to be friendly, polite and helpful; and on top of leading advances in dentistry and anti-wrinkle treatment/fillers. Rashil Patel has tended to my teeth now three times, and they have needed intensive care! Mr Patel is the only dentist I have been to who makes me feel safe. He is extremely careful, his injections pain-free, he is thoughtful, knowledgeable, easy to communicate with and answers the questions in my head before I have even asked them! At every stage, he checked that I understood what exactly he was doing and the expected benefits/any potential future problem that there may be. Grateful thanks too to his practice nurse who was quietly efficient and kind and the reception staff are a delight to speak to on the phone and they are calm, and welcoming and know what they are doing without fuss. (Apologies I don't know their names or that of the practice nurse). Prices are given up-front so I knew exactly what to expect.
