This was my second visit to the Birchfield Dental Practice in New Milton. I cannot speak more highly of my dentist Mr Matthew Hefferan. My follow up hygiene appointment with Bronya Hayward was also very thorough and professional. Bronya also gave me such good advice regarding daily dental hygiene. He clearly explained all of my options from the start and as well as being highly skilled, has been very kind and patient throughout the preparation and fitting process. Went to the Portswood surgery for teeth clean, this was my first visit. The hygienist and assistant were very professional and welcoming. Very thorough clean, not rushed, and given advice about mouth wash. Wasn't cheap, think about 100 pounds, but I felt I got good value, and they made this 'chore' as pleasant as they could.
