I would like to highly recommend George the Dental Hygienist at the Zebon Copse Dental Practice, after a 45-minute session my teeth have not looked as clean for years, my bite is far more comfortable. My first trip to the dentist in 18 years and I was really nervous. I Booked in with Dr Shervin, for an emergency appt, which was easy to get. Dr Shervin put me at ease, explained my options and made sure I was comfortable. He extracted a tooth efficiently and effectively. I was so relieved and felt totally relaxed. My follow up appt was a proper check up, where he cleaned my teeth himself and advised no further issues. Would highly recommend.
I am a nervous patient and I was put at ease from the first moment. The reception staff is very welcoming and friendly. They help you to accommodate your appointment around work commitments. I highly recommend Dr Schmidt, who is friendly and knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained the procedure and plan for my needs. I felt all options were given to me to make my decision regarding having a denture and not just going after the money. Nurses are caring and supportive and I can't thank the whole team enough to make this my experiences pleasant despite the pain I was going through.
Been with this lovely dental practice for over 20 years and always had excellent treatment be it with the dentist or the hygienist. Staff on reception are always friendly, helpful and welcoming. Had recent treatment for a crown (never had done before) and Michael Norman and his nurse Brigitte were wonderful. Put me completely at ease, with no pain either during or after treatment.
