I contacted this dental practice based on a recommendation from a neighbour. I had had an awful experience at another local practice and was somewhat hesitant about registering at a new practice. I have no regrets. From the first point of contact (by phone) to my first face-to-face contact with the receptionists, the whole way through to the dentist himself (Nick Ross), the experience was positive. What a wonderful chair-side manner Nick has. So professional. So kind. So able to help patients to feel calm. So clear in his explanations. If you are someone who is nervous about going to the dentist or embarrassed because you do not have perfect teeth, do not hesitate to register with this practice. It is a private clinic but it is worth every penny.
I recommend this dental practice for its outstanding service. Lee Butler, a denture expert extraordinaire, is no ordinary dentist providing bog-standard treatments. Lee provides a personalized, thoughtful, and tailored service to meet a patient's needs. Most importantly, he listens and goes to great lengths to please and satisfy his patients. Gauri, the practice hygienist, and her dental nurse, Daisy, are an amazing team. I have never before experienced such a gentle, pain-free, thorough deep clean with such minimal local anesthesia. My jaw had fully recovered within a couple of hours, and I could eat and drink normally. The airflow and water treatment is infinitely superior to earlier methods—like a jet wash! My teeth look so bright and clean, you'd think I'd had them whitened, but I haven't! It's just the Gauri magic. I'm her patient for life!

Every time at my appointments with Dr Leech he has spent a great deal of time explaining treatment my treatment options especially when I lost an old front crown.
