My family and I have been patients at The Dental Studio for some years now and have always been more than satisfied with the care provided, but after my last few visits to see your hygienist, Emma Fletcher, I felt I really had to say something to let you know how very impressed I have been on each occasion I have met and been treated by Emma. As a layman I found Emma's diagnoses and advice so simple to understand and extremely informative, as for the treatment itself I can only say that I am the owner of some rather old and sensitive teeth and Emma is simply the best hygienist I have ever been to, caring, thoughtful, professional whilst light of touch and, the treatment is working already!! I would like to take this opportunity to Thank Emma, and her nurses for all their help and care during my treatment. As a nervous patient Adeel and his assistant were calm and patient and talked me through the process. The pictures taken of the work carried out on my tooth were amazing and you really could not see the filling on the side of my tooth that Adeel had taken so much time and care over - amazing work and service. Although I am 72 years of age I am still a very nervous patient, due to having horrific treatment as a child. Mike Edwards and indeed his nurse Carolyn are absolutely amazing, they put me at ease and reassure me. Explain what they are going to do and give me time. I’ve had extractions and recently had a new denture of which I’m delighted. I cannot express my gratitude enough to them both, so if you are thinking of going to a new Dentist but are frightened PLEASE give Mike a chance to work his magic. One very very grateful patient. I telephoned on a Friday afternoon to ask for an appointment to re-set a crown which was about to fall out. By mid-day, on Monday that was all sorted, to my entire satisfaction.

My teeth feel brilliant after seeing Viktor the Hygienist. I also had a dental check-up with Bob and Paul. They were both really professional and friendly. I have always used this dental practice and will continue to do so.

We moved to this practice has been at the previous one for 30 years. It was a recommendation and I have to say we have not been disappointed. The service is second to none. Friendly staff who make you feel like you are their only client. We signed up for a payment plan which is of excellent value. I have had three check-ups and three hygienist visits all have been excellently talked through and treatment explained. I felt like it was about me rather than about a business. Wonderful Practice.
