Broke a large inlay over Christmas and needed urgent treatment. Got an appointment on the first day they were open and got it fixed straight away. Very good service. Friendly people and very helpful.

I had to finally get my teeth sorted. Due to a history of bad dentists and me not feeling happy with the overall appearance of my teeth. I went to Pallant Orthodontics for a consultation, as well as a couple of others and chose Pallant for my treatment. I chose them because they made me feel very comfortable and confident in their ability to deliver what I wanted. Also, they fully understood any concerns I had and appreciated all the questions I asked. Nothing was too much trouble. I feel the level of service I received fully justified the cost and it was in line with other orthodontic practices. The staff are friendly and helpful. No question is too silly, they take the time to explain the process and discuss any concerns you may have. The facilities are in Chichester are extremely well maintained and welcoming, as are the reception staff. The care throughout my treatment has been first rate. Alastair, (the founder of the practice), has a fantastic patient rapport, which makes you feel at ease and never under pressure. Each question and decision made through my treatment was discussed. I felt very much included and empowered with the process. Nicky the treatment coordinator, who we met first, was extremely helpful, understanding and took time to explain all the processes involved with the treatment plan. We felt she was open and honest regarding all aspects of the procedure. We did not feel pressured into saying yes, or making a decision there and then. We were able to go away to reflect and discuss in private all areas of the treatment plan, as this is such a big commitment, financially and emotionally. The practice is very modern, clean, contemporary. It's extremely professional and so are all the staff.

I am away on holiday at the moment and have an appointment with my dentist in Romsey to talk over the options open to me. I will obviously get back with any decision I make as soon as I return from my week's holiday and my appointment on the 27th March. Totally satisfied with my treatment and with the two dental plans given.

As someone that has had a great fear of dentists and not seen a dentist in 30 plus years I finally got in touch with the team and I was put at ease straight away from making the appointment with the receptionist to arriving for the appointment. I was very nervous but Lee and his team explained everything and put me at ease. I had to have the remaining few teeth removed and dentures made. I never felt a thing when they were removed apart from the first injections. If you take the price of the treatment and dentures and spread that over 30 years it would be next to nothing. I am very glad that I swallowed my fear and pride and saw Lee and his team. I now have to relearn to smile as it’s been 30 plus years of hiding due to my teeth. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
