Words can't express my gratitude and appreciation to Dr. Hakan and his team - his skills, warmth and talent are beyond compare. I completed what can only be described as a gamut of procedures with him from 2023 and then a second round in 2025. The only facial surgeries I'd had prior were a primary rhinoplasty in 2022, and submental liposuction in early 2023 that left me with awkward fibrotic scar tissue...I had struggled with an ED in my teenage years, and then a decade later gained weight for a BBL, which left me with awkward facial fat distribution and more laxity than I was comfortable with.

Additionally, I'd always also loved the sexy foxy eye aesthetic that Istanbul is known for, and wanted to achieve this but was hesitant as so many other doctors seemed to provide results that would fade after a year. I was fortunate enough to come upon Dr. Hakan via another satisfied patient's IG Reel, and the rest is history!

In 2023, we completed an upper/mid-face lift, endoscopic brow lift, canthopexy with upper/lower bleph to anchor the results, upper lip lift, neck lift, and chin implant placed via external incision, along with full fat grafting to the face. This might sound like a ton of procedures but Dr. Hakan evaluates each patient not only as just a surgery but a full case - he only takes one patient a day and specializes in these full face transformations. I'm SO happy we did a combined lot of procedures as each one complements the other beautifully and consolidates the recovery time. Even though it was a long procedure, the clinic is clean, state of the art and I had no complications or issues with the long duration of anesthesia whatsoever, even though this had been a concern of mine going in. You won't find a more responsible or ethical group of practitioners than Dr. Hakan and his team.

I did experience excessive post-op swelling (I'm not comfortable posting it publicly but if you do meet him for a consult, ask him to see his "worst swelling case" and I'm SURE he'll show you my photos, ha!) especially around the eyes as my skin specifically is extremely sensitive and reactive, but we were able to manage it between his medicated drops and then with other anti-imflammatories once I arrived home. Despite a rough beginning, the result turned out beautiful and I have NO regrets - and now almost 3 years later, my eyes are still upturned and foxy, and I still get complements about them all the time.

For our second round, we addressed the remaining facial sculpting/re-contouring via a full lower face lift with incisions around/behind the ears, and a revision rhinoplasty to address an open roof deformity that resulted in a very minor poly beak after my initial rhinoplasty. This recovery was significantly easier and I feel like it just tied the whole thing together beautifully - I had never imagined that I would be a candidate for a full face lift under 35 BUT bear in mind, when it comes to re-sculpting facial fat deposits, there are limited ways to do that safely and the incisions from the face-lift gave Dr. Hakan access to "sculpt things" to perfection.

Now I'm one year out from our second run of procedures and I'm beyond thrilled. Everything has healed beautifully, settled beautifully, and I'm confident in my looks in I never imagined money could buy. I feel so fortunate that even though I did so many procedures, everything healed to absolute perfection and without complication. Thank you again to Dr. Hakan and his wonderful team, I highly recommend anyone seeking facial plastic surgery to choose him and enjoy Istanbul at the same time!

I'm beyond happy, although it's only been 42 days, but the results so far are amazing. There is a bit of swelling, but it goes away day by day, and my face is heading in the way I wanted to be.

If you wonder about the pain, honestly i don't know if my surgery wasn't painful at all or if it was the doctor, because I personally didn't feel any pain at all. My face was numb, and I didn't feel any pain
Just a very mild headache and hot head, but once u put a cold press or towel on it, you won't feel anything at all

I have done 3 other consultations before Dr Hakan and chose him because he understood my needs, and I felt so comfortable talking to him .and im so lucky to choose him.

After surgery in 1 month, we had a virtual call, so he made sure everything is going well and answered all my questions.

And now i just have to wait a bit more time to see the full results.

Dr. Hakan Özocak is truly an artist. He is the most professional, attentive, kind, and responsible doctor I have ever met. From the very beginning, I felt safe, supported, and genuinely cared for, and the treatment I received exceeded all my expectations.

My recovery was slow, and I experienced significant bruising and swelling, but I trusted the process completely. Thanks to the confidence and reassurance Dr. Özocak provided, it never affected my mental health. He listened carefully and did exactly what I asked for—I am truly impressed by his talent and precision.

Dr. Özocak is extremely careful and honest, which is unfortunately rare these days. I underwent fat transfer, a mid-face lift, temporal lift, rhinoplasty, and cat-eye surgery with him, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.

I am very, very satisfied with my experience with Dr Hakan and his team. My results even exceeded my expectations. Honestly, whenever I look at some side-by-side before-and-after photos, I get so happy I did it!

It was still in our consultations when I felt I could trust him, although I tried to be as sceptical as possible. I had already talked with several of his past patients, who were all beyond happy.

As for my background, аt the time, I was only 31 and skinny, but my genetics gave me a round, even squarish face, huge cheeks (I had already had bichectomy, a round of Kybella, and botulinum neurotoxin to my masseters, but that wasn't enough), weak chin, and hooding eyes. To make matters worse, the outer corners of my eyes were lower than the inner ones, and there was scleral show.

So, in early March 2025, I had chin implant, midface lift, temporal lift, canthoplasty and upper blepharoplasty. The doctor also recommended fat transfer and jawlift, which I turned down at the time, but in retrospect think I should've done.

As for my experience, I need to say that at no point did I feel uncomfortable, pushed, nor neglected. Quite the opposite! We went over all my concerns and wishes at my two video consultations with Dr Hakan, and at our face-to-face consultation ahead of the surgery. It was obvious he understood what I was saying, and that he remembered what I had previously told him. On the day of surgery, when he came to my room, he was also very kind and friendly, but also appeared very professional and focused. This was him at all our meetings.

I was honestly surprised by the level of attention and care. I booked the transfer from/to the airport and the hospital, so at every point, his assistant, Tutku would be in touch to let me know where the transfer is. I know it was far pricier than a regular taxi, but I'm so happy I didn't have to think about the transport in a city as giant and busy as Istanbul. Also, I had an in-person consultation every other day, so it was definitely worth it. Another logistics thing I found really comfortable for myself was that all appointments happened in the early afternoon (about 10-11 AM), including surgery day.

The hospital and the clinic are very modern and quite luxurious. The doctor, the assistant and the nurse I had during the night after the surgery all spoke excellent English, and were very friendly and caring. The nurse didn't leave my side throughout the night and helped me take a small walk around the floor at some point. Then, I was sent home with a pack of all the necessary medicine and printed instructions, even supplements! For the first week until our last face-to-face consultation, I was asked for updates every day, and got precious reassurance every time, as well as extensive replies for all my concerns and questions.

Recovery was smooth. Once the first tapes were off, I would do upwards of 10k steps a day around the city and along the promenade by the sea. The only really unpleasant thing I went through was the chemosis I got right after the surgery and then a few weeks later. Although unpleasant, it's a temporary thing that is quite common whenever you have too much work around the eyes. Eyewash drops and minimised screen time + patience were all I had to do to get rid of it. Once home, I had follow-ups every week for the first month, and then once monthly.

Now, over 4 months later, I'm still happy I made up my mind to do this, and I still can't believe it went so smoothly and hassle-free. Would definitely recommend Hakan and choose him right away if I decide to have anything else done.

I had a 3rd (and last) revision rhinoplasty + lip lift surgery procedure with the amazing, talented and kind Dr. Hakan Özocak. I was botched twice in Canada and I’m extremely happy that Dr. Özocak not only fixed my nose aesthetically but functionally as well, because I can breathe better now. He gave me the dream nose I always wanted and the reason why I wanted to get my nose done in the very first place!

The whole experience was amazing from start to finish, and the communication in English was easy and comprehensible! His team, nurses, the hospital and the post-operative care was top notch 10/10!
I was looked after and cared for with such care and respect. Even though I travelled alone, I never felt alone. Dr. Hakan really listens to you, takes the time to understand your desires and needs. His team is always there for you if you need anything! The hospital is super clean. The hotel was gorgeous.

The surgery itself was painless! It just felt like I had a cold or stuffed nose. The only discomfort I had was my rib because the doctor had to perform rib cartilage graft. But that pain was manageable! The surgery itself went smoothly. I could tell Doctor Hakan took care of my face with gentleness because I never had huge swollen eyes as big as the first two rhinoplasties I previously had with the two other doctors who botched me. The bruising under my eyes didn’t last that long.

I love that Doctor Hakan asked me what my favourite song was so he could play it before I fall asleep under anaesthesia. I was not scared or nervous because the doctor and his team made me feel at ease! He held my hand and reassured me when I woke up! Then I spent the night in the hospital with an amazing nurse who was nothing but graceful, helpful and caring! I was discharged the next day.

The doctor and his team saw me a few times during that same week to clean my bandages, check up on my nose, give me aftercare directions, medications and other helpful information that I needed to know to have a successful healing. They even printed out a full medical report and medical run down of what exactly was done to my nose and lip lift! So professional!

The VIP transportation from airport to hotel to doctor was very worth it so I highly recommend it so you don’t have to worry about transportation scheduling! On day 4, I felt great and well rested that I was able to go do some light sightseeing in beautiful Istanbul!

I am now on day 14 post op and I’m LOVING MY NEW NOSE!!! 😭🫶 the scars from the lip lift are healing surprisingly well! They gave me all the scar creams, supplements and meds needed to heal! I’m obsessed with my new nose and lip lift, I feel like a completely different person, brand new… I hated my old nose so let’s just say I’m the happiest girl in the world. I can’t wait to see the final result in a year when all the swelling goes down but so far, my nose is BEAUTIFUL!!!

I am extremely satisfied with the attitude and attention of Dr. Hakan and from the whole team. Everything was very professional!

During the process of finding a suitable surgeon for a cat eye and temporal/cheek lift I came across Dr Hakan as I was impressed with the results he could achieve on his clients.

I decided to have a 3D simulation and consultation to meet virtually with Dr Hakan and also a visual representation of what my results could look like. From the very beginning, I felt comfortable with the doctor. He was very friendly, attentive and thorough in making sure he understood my concerns and expectations. He speaks very good English so communication was very easy. He answered all of my questions during this consultation as well as showing me two potential results via the simulator which made it easier to envision the end result.

The deciding factor for me was the fact that Dr Hakan only performs one surgery a day so he can focus solely on each patient as a case rather than other surgeons who do 10+ surgeries a day. I decided to go ahead and book the surgery a couple months after our online consultation.

We had another consultation face to face a day prior to the procedure where we went through everything again including details of the op, any incisions, risks and recovery. Again I felt Dr Hakan understood my needs as well as give his own expertise advice.

The day of the operation i was welcomed into a clean professional hospital where I would be staying for the night following the operation as well as having my own private nurse who stayed in the room with me to attend to my needs. The staff at the hospital were also lovely and accommodating as well as being highly competent at their jobs. I was regularly monitored throughout my hospital stay and was not discharged until the doctor/staff were fully happy with my observations.

I stayed a week in Turkey after my operation and I saw Dr Hakan twice for follow ups as well as staying in regular contact with both the Dr and his wonderful assistant Burhan.

It has now been 6 weeks since my procedure and I am already loving the results. Dr Hakan did exactly what I wanted and although the initial recovery was intense , the whole experience has made everything a lot easier and stress free. I have not had any complications and I’m on the road to a smooth sailing recovery. I can contact Dr Hakan at anytime if I have any concerns and I have recently had my one-month follow-up.

I would 10000x recommend Dr Hakan as not only is he very knowledgeable and experienced but he is also a very warm and friendly person who makes you feel instantly at ease .
