I had my surgery through the Clinic Centre 2 weeks ago. I was highly impressed with the way the Clinic Centre operates. From day one through the WhatsApp communication it went well and my co-ordinator Efe was extremely efficient. I could see that even the taxi drivers were considerate and thoughtful and the hotel was faultless, so clean and it provided everything. My surgery was 100% satisfactory—100% trustworthy company to go through. Do not expect NHS level of love, care and empathy. However, they know what they are doing and they deliver with enough care. So, my only advice is, to go with someone else to support you mentally and the little things like get proper soup when you are sick of hospital soup. I plan to go back again to do one more job in the future.

I had an abdominoplasty and liposuction operation by Dr Ulas Bali and I am delighted. So much for the care, and the great follow-up by Erdem's assistant who is extraordinary, and always there if needed. For the recommended hotel it's a shame that there isn't a small outdoor garden, otherwise, the staff is very attentive.

I honestly cannot fault my experience one bit. All the way from my original enquiry about breast surgery, to booking, to flying over from the UK to having my surgery, every part of the experience has been incredible. The service has been 10/10, I haven't had a single worry about transfers from hotel to hospital, all of my concerns and questions have been answered honestly and I have been in great hands the whole way through. I was quite anxious and apprehensive to begin with, but I was able to bring my partner along with me who was able to stay by my side every step of the way. We were placed in an amazing and friendly hotel, transport to and from the hospital was organised for us, any medication and dressings was catered for and the hospital visit itself was better than any other I've seen elsewhere. This was my first ever surgery and from this experience alone, not only am I considering coming back for another treatment in the future, but I will also be recommending it to everybody who is considering surgery. If you are someone who is thinking of surgery, I highly recommend looking into your options and viewing flyhealth as a strong competitor, I cannot fault a single thing and I'm so grateful to each and every person involved in my journey.

Dr Burak and his team are wonderful, and super professional in beautiful clean, modern facilities. I had Dimpleplasty which was a 30-minute procedure, it's just over a week later and I'm super happy with the results thus far. Successful! I chose Doctor Osman Kelahmetoglu for a lips reduction procedure. I used to have some very thick lips, and I was not feeling happy. This clinic made my dream come true. First of all, the clinic was just amazing. Everything went perfectly from my first touch with the clinic. Very responsive at all times. The surgeon made me feel very comfortable. I knew he was skilled. I had no doubt at all, and it was definitely true. He made an amazing job. First, the local anesthesia went so well, no pain at all. Then, during the incision and after, everything was so perfect. I felt no pain. I had no real edema or bruises. It was just a bit swelling until the full recovery. The result is just beautiful. I have nice lips now. This surgery changed my life for real. I feel very pretty now. I really recommend this surgeon. He is very confident and makes you feel confident too.
